Great stay near Old Town
Pros:

Clean and comfortable rooms, great value for money. The host was very helpful and friendly - we arrived in Tbilisi early and the room was ready before check in time which was super helpful as we were exhausted!

The location is near the old town, a little walk away but a quieter area that's not too far from the lively old town with nice bars and restaurants.

Cons:

Shower didn't get super hot or poweful; but was good enough (its an old building).

Pros:

I was travelling alone and stayed for two nights. The room was compact, but it would easily accommodate two people. It was clean, and the room was tidied and the towels changed whilst I was out. It’s a 15-minute walk to Freedom Square—it’s uphill, but not too steep.

Cons:

For a longer stay, I’d have liked a microwave and a washing machine. Also, the fact that the hot water wasn’t very hot in the evening and early morning was a downside.

Otel sahibi Tamara xanım çox gözəl qarşıladı bizi və hətta gəlmə vaxtımızdan öncə gəlməyimizə köməklik etdi. Otaq təmiz və səliqəli idi. Tamara günün istənilən saatında yazmağımıza baxmıyaraq köməkliyin əsirgəmədi. Otağda hər şərait var idi, normalda Gürcüstanda tualetlərdə əl duşu olmur amma bu oteldə o da var idi. Otelin yaxınlığında market və münasib qiymətli restoranlarda var idi. Çay və kofedə var idi otağda və su qızdırıcı ,saç üçün fendə daxil idi. Ölkəmizdən gələn qonaqlara rahatlıqla tövsiyyə edə bilərəm.

Cons:

Otel tam mərkəzdə deyil amma piyada mərkəzə tam 15 dəqiqləlik yoldu. Otelin konumunu vuranda otelin arxasına gösdərir ona görədə konuma gəldikdə çətinlik çəkə bilərsiniz, binanın ön tərəfinə keçdikdə otelnən qarşılaşassız. Tamaraya yazdıqda özü qarşılıyır amma interneti olmayanlar üçün bu məlumatı yazıram

Pros:

Polecamy z całego serca. Było bardzo czysto, świetna lokalizacja, bo w nocy jest naprawdę cicho. Właścicielka przekochana, bardzo pomocna i nie ma problemu z kontaktem. Klimatyzator działa bez zarzutu. Pościel i ręczniki nowe i czyste, łóżko wygodne. W pokoju jest suszarka i czajnik.

Best place to stay which was very clean, in a quiet neigborhood.

The host Tamara was the nicest person ever, helping us out whenever we needed.

Good stay and good position
Pros:

The staff are very helpful and always available, they do clean the room during your stay if you wish.

Position is good, you can walk to Liberty square in 10 minutes, get a taxi back for 1.5£ if you do not wish to walk slightly uphill.

The room is big, bathroom and shower too.

i want to sell my house and live here
Pros:

the room was getting cleaned daily. everything was working as it should. tamara met us at 4 am and let us check in early. we love tamara. and there is a 7/24 spar nearby.

Cons:

the room was not soundproof enough and the neighbours were not exactly quiet people.
