The room was clean and comfortable. But the guess did not help much when I needed it.
Pros:

The bad was comfortable

Cons:

The parking spot wasn’t clear and the staff didn’t help me figuring out where it was exactly .as a result I got a parking ticket from the police the first day.

Typisches Mittelklasse-Hotel, leider direkt an einem Highway
Pros:

Großes und geräumiges Zimmer und bei einer Kategorie von 4 Sternen hätten wir mehr erwartet.

Die Innenstadt von Montreal und auch der Botanische Garten lädt eindeutig zum Verweilen ein, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts

Cons:

Das Business-Stadthotel Montreal Metropolitan, liegt direkt an einem Highway, der in Hochlage unmittelbar vor dem Hotel vorbeiführt. Die angebotene Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich, kostenlos direkt unterhalb des Highway und daher in Teilen auch laut.
Zum Frühstück, hier wird jedem Teilnehmer ein Geschirrteller erst nach Übergabe eines Teilnehmer-Bon gereicht, ist sehr spärlich.
Nach unserer Sicht hätte dieses Hotel max. 3 Sterne verdient und auf keinen Fall 4 Sterne

Les repas : petit-déjeuner / déjeuner / repas du soir : tous inclus dans le prix et très copieux avec un large choix . Au top !

Cons:

Les draps (style draps d’hôpitaux) et le matelas en plastique et pas de cintres

Some staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Restaurant breakfast offering was really not good. No good restaurants in the area. Don't feel there was value for money. Some the lights in the room did not work.

Le rapport qualité/prix ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Que du decaff dans la chambre, mais j'ai pu avoir du café regulier à la reception puis il y avait d'autres options dans le lobby.

Disappointing, breakfast very basic.
Pros:

Room was clean. Location for access to Metro was good.

Cons:

Run down area.Room’s only window looked directly into atrium where events were being held!
Check in poor -no information about the hotel - especially about tokens needed for breakfast - which was very basic, with little choice.
