Exquisite decorations inside room , hallways, reception,restaurant. It seems like a museum, lots of beautiful paintings and art. Big room, big separate shower, big bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows, super clean , good quality on everything. Very quiet hotel.

Прекрасное местоположение, мы получили номер свиту уровнем. И качеством выше, чем мы заказывали. Вкусные завтраки отзывчивый персонал всем рекомендую. Мы заказали в этой гостинице ещё 1 номер наконец отпуска.
Упала занавеска, но они пришли и быстро её починили. Сейф неисправный не работает.

Perfekt beliggenhet. Ligger rett ved attraksjonene. Annerledes, personlig og maksimaltistisk stil som føles som en egen tolkning av rumensk kultur. Stort, flott rom og hyggelig betjening.

I liked the hotel's location and the way the hotel was decorated.
I love this hotel. It was the second time I've stayed and the staff remembered me (to be fair, I practically moved in on the last visit as I was there for a couple of weeks) and as before, they were as friendly and kind as the last visit. I'm a lover of history and in particular, the art deco period so this hotel is perfect for exploring and immersing yourself in that period. Behind the hotel is a good selection of restaurants and bars but its a short walk to the old town. I will always book back here when I'm next in Bucharest.

We loved the quirky, non-corporate decor and ambience of the hotel foyer and corridors and of our room. The location is good, albeit on a busy main road with some unsightly reconstruction work on the buildings opposite. It is only a five minute walk to the very centre of Bucharest.
The breakfasts were not great, at least for our British palate! It was disappointing in a 4 star hotel that food wasn't displayed in cold-cabinets, that cold drinks were not cold and appeared to be watered down, teabags were not marked so people were smelling them to find out what type of tea they were.
The location is great.
We had the executive suite which was very spacious and comfortable.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
A little bit noisy due to street noise.
The negative point is the breakfast. We were staying here also last year and we remembered that the breakfast was not great but this time it was even worse. Even the coffee was not drinkable 😬 Which is such a shame because they have a very nice brasserie. I hope they we improve it because the hotel is really great.
