Nivelul de zgomot perceput în apartament este ridicat, în special în zona holului și în camerele adiacente. Se aud cu ușurință zgomotele provenite din spațiile comune și din locuințele învecinate, inclusiv conversații, pași, închiderea ușilor și alte activități cotidiene.
