Nashville TN Margaritaville Disappointment
Pros:

The staff was personable and professional. Very helpful. The hotel was clean and well kept. The restaurant and pool were kept clean and well maintained. The hallways felt safe and we're always clean. The entry door to room worked flawlessly. The security was top notched and to be expected.

Cons:

The king suite we had had no microwave and limited coffee. No bar. Few supplies of water and toiletries. For the room rate paid, some free movie channels were to be expected. There were none. There was a charge for music channels. The fridge was old and dated. The laminate floor was low quality. No bathing tub, shower only splashed water everywhere. No water pressure. Almost no hot water.
Not up to other Margaritavilles. Felt overcharged for an overrated hotel. Paid for Margaritaville in name only.

Fantastic Location and Great sized Rooms

Location was fantastic

Cons:

Cleanliness of pool - but crazy busy over weekend.
Was better before the weekend and after the big crowds left. Also find the claiming chairs for multiple people a little ignorant. But not the properties problem :)

We booked this hotel almost 3 months in advanced and drove 6 hours to get told at check in they didn’t have any rooms available due to water damage. When asked why we didn’t receive a phone call regarding this, they said they didn’t have a phone number on file to call. They offered us “free breakfast and dinner vouchers” at their location and said we would receive a call from the manager in the morning (I left my phone number and email with the front desk). I never received a call, never received free vouchers for breakfast or dinner. We ended up paying quite a bit more for another hotel due to it being the same day.

We enjoyed our stay
Pros:

We loved the relaxed and casual feel of the hotel and walkable to so many places we wanted to go, incl Broadway, the Ryman, Country Music Hall of Fame, the Riverfront area….

Cons:

The pool area was fun but SO crowded! We were never able to get a chair and minimum 30 people or more in pool at all times.

Great hotel and a perfect location.
Pros:

The location was excellent. Broadway, The Gulch and the riverfront were no more than 20 minutes. The pool offered a lovely break from the heat (nearly 100 degs in August) for either a swim or a drink. The hotel was exactly as the pictures and the descriptions.

Cons:

The “free” WiFi was a bit temperamental. You often had to go through the log in process rather it just connecting automatically and at busy periods we couldn’t connect at all.

Pros:

Hotel was beautiful and in the perfect location for what we needed. The rooms and amenities were very nice.

Cons:

Valet parking was the most expensive and greedy experience ever. $75 per night is ridiculous. Also, we were hassled after check in to attend a time share thing at a different property. They didn't take no as the answer until like the 5th time. I didn't like that at all.
