Not sure I would stay her again
Pros:

The rooms were pretty. Nice facility

Cons:

I would have given it a better rating but we had to stay in another hotel the first night because of a water leak then we had to get up and be out of that hotel to move to this hotel instead of being able to relax for our entire 3 days. They were suppose to refund our first night and I still have not received the refund.

Amazing 3 night stay! Margaritaville details throughout the entire hotel. Bonus - Kirsten from Sirius XM Radio Margarita

Location was perfect. Easy walk straight down Broadway to the strip - bars, restaurants, shops
Rooms are lovely with small fridge and housekeeping was provided daily- included water.
Washer/Dryers provided - took quarters- on 4th floor- same floor as gym and outdoor pool /pool bar.
Can order food at the pool bar and JWB grill- excellent especially the weekend brunch. Starbucks which opens at 6am was super convenient
2 welcome margaritas plus discount coupons for some attractions.

Valet parking only which could get backed up (However, you get a link on arrival so you can request your vehicle plus tip)

The pool was very dirty. We came on Monday and seems they didn’t clean it after the weekend. We stayed until Thursday and noticed birds poop, threads and water was not clean in general.

felt like a resort in downtown nashville . they had a great DJ for fourth of july party . pool is great , closes at 11 every night as promised , and the staff is outstanding friendly and professional

Very well located! It was nice and spacious.

Cons:

The sink in bathroom wouldn’t drain and took multiple times of telling staff to get it fixed. Overnight our son placed his bag with his electronics next to bed to wake up to something that had leaked across the floor between the beds and soaked his bag. Told staff upon leaving but nothing happened from management or no communication about this anytime after departure.

Location, live music, nice restaurant, comfy beds and rooftop pool

Cons:

Pool bar had a bit of a strange smell to it and the water needed more chlorine or a clean. Had floating hair and sun cream permanently and so hot it was like a bath

Wasn’t even close to being as nice as all the other Margaritaville’s we’ve staged at. Pool area way too small for size of hotel. Very slim chance of getting an actual chair at pool. Pool chemistry was clearly not balanced correctly. Water was cloudy and nasty. Additional fee for parking is outrageous. TVs are very outdated. The worst part was being told to see the “time share” desk to “complete” check in and being hounded and pressured by salesmen trying to discretely talk you into doing something you don’t want to do. This was a terrible beginning of my trip. There’s no spa in this one like the others.
Also-where is the refreshing water dispenser with fresh fruit like the other resorts have??

Hotel needs an overall refresher and updating.
