Wir haben uns in der "Alten Zollstation" in Pittenhart wohlgefühlt.
Pros:

Zum Frühstück gab es frisches Obst, verschiedener Käse- und Wurstsorten, Müsli und Trockenfrüchte sowie kleine Kuchenstücke. Kaffee war auch sehr gut und dazu gab es unterschiedliche Fruchtsäfte, alles in allem ein gutes und ausreichendes Frühstück. Gut fanden wir auch, dass es eine Abstellmöglichkeit für unserer Fahrräder gab. Am Abend hat man die Möglichkeit in der Gaststätte bzw. im Biergarten etwas zu essen, was alles sehr lecker war. Unterkunft war sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Man ist in einer schön restaurierten und ruhigen Unterkunft untergebracht.

Super toll renoviertes Haus und Stadl. Hier wurde an nichts gespart. Hochwertige Materialien. Wir waren auf der Durchreise dort im Stadl. Gern wieder.

Gastronomie sehr gut mit allem drum und dran. Augen auf bei der Zimmerwahl.
Pros:

Frühstück und Abendessen top. Personal top.
Sehr schönes Hotel.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Stadl. Nebengebäude.
Wenn diese mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet wäre, hätte ich ein "Ausgezeichnet " vergeben. Leider war es auch nicht möglich das Fenster zu öffnen. Die Hitze aus dem heißen Sommer 2026, war noch teilweise vorhanden. Da auch die Betten recht hart waren, war die Nacht recht kurz, was den Schlaf angeht. Zur Anmerkung: Die Zimmer zum Hof, hatten alle Fenster zum öffnen. Buchen würden wir ein Zimmer jederzeit wieder aber nur wenn ein Zimmer zum Hof frei wäre.

Pros:

Ein wunderschön restauriertes Gebäude, sehr außergewöhnlich. Das Personal ist super freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen im Restaurant war ebenfalls super. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wollen wiederkommen.

Ok for a stop over, which is what we did. I would come again.
Pros:

I liked how the barn was converted into modern rooms - my wife didn’t, because it meant you couldn’t open windows to the outside, and there was no adjustable air condition. Parking was convenient, although not much available in the shade.

Cons:

Upon arrival on a Monday early evening, the place appeared dead. Bit in the middle of nowhere, no shops in walking distance. No coffee maker in room, but hairdryer yes. No minibar, either, if i recall correctly.

Wie zu Hause.
Pros:

Die Räume des Zimmer ausreichend Platz für alles. Sehr saubere Dusche. Sehr gute Frühstück.
Ausgesprochen nette Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Einziges Manko ist es, gab keinen Schreibtisch im Zimmer. Ein Laptop aufstellen und ein paar E-Mails checken war nicht möglich.
