Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. All in all it was a great stay
Pros:

The lobby was very spaces and the coffee show service was great. Every staff interaction was very friendly. The female section hot water pool was not very clean and it needs attention. (this was my wife's experience)

A Wonderful Stay As Always!
Pros:

Absolutely fantastic!!
Pros:

Location was great. Breakfast buffet spread choices was wonderful. KL city traffic jams made travel times unpredictable. If factored in , it is an absolutely great place to stay.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the lobby was so aesthetic and beautiful. If I go back to Kuala Lampur I would stay at Shangri La again.
