beautiful, luxurious and family-friendly hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur! The hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury and being genuinely family-friendly. They went the extra mile to make our son’s 8th birthday extra special and truly spoiled him.

The breakfast and restaurants were excellent, and the kids’ activities were a big hit too. Wonderful service, beautiful hotel and a truly memorable stay. We will definitely be back!

Maybe the pool could use an update :)

perfect city break location, high quality hotel and service.
Pros:

Staff were excellent, the room was great and we were treated to a free upgrade which included a teepee tent bed for our daughter which she ordered and was a real highlight for her. Food/drinks was of a vey high standard in the lobby bar.
