From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.
Complimentary shuttle service from the main lobby to Bukit Bintang, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, and KLCC shopping areas, generally operating on a limited schedule from Friday to Tuesday. Advance booking is required. The schedule is subject to change, so confirming with the hotel concierge on the day of travel is recommended.

El personal es maravilloso Cercano,amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarte con una gran sonrisa.
Viajamos con nuestros tres hijos y aún siendo un hotel de "alto standing"podría ser totalmente un hotel familiar..:)
El desayuno es variado y de gran calidad.
No podemos más que recomendarlo y seguro que. no se arrepentirán.
Everything, though the pool area needs makeover
Large breakfast buffet, friendly service, central location
While staff at breakfast place are very friendly and attentive, it was virtually impossible to get the attention of the staff manning the lobby lounge, despite only few guests and 3 staff, they seemed not to pay attention to any customers. Interestingly i have felt the very same last time i stayed here (recently).
