A solid choice when visiting KL
Pros:

The location is excellent, very convenient to walk to KLCC. The room was spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. All the staff were very professional and helpful. Breakfast selection was excellent and of high quality. You never had to wait long for the lift, which is great for such a big hotel.

Cons:

The bar was a bit of a let down, we tried to have drinks twice but it was uninviting and closed early.
Breakfast is super busy so, sometimes we had to wait for a table. However all the staff were very helpful.

Had a really lovely stay at Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur.
We were here for a little couple getaway, and I left a special request when I made the booking. I honestly didn’t expect much, but I was really happy to know that the hotel had actually taken the time to read it and arrange something special for us.
It was such a small thing, but it really made us feel welcomed and made our stay extra special.
The room was comfortable, the hotel was beautiful, and we really enjoyed the breakfast too. Overall, we had a very pleasant and relaxing stay.
Thank you, Shangri-La, for paying attention to the little details. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!
