A GREAT HOTEL AT A GREAT LOCATION
Pros:

The room, location & Breakfast were excellent.
Check out was 12:00 PM but they extended upto 2 PM.
Then I left my baggage a storage room. My flight was at 2:00 AM . After coming back from a shopping, they had extended the service for a fresh up at level 2. All facilities for a bath and changing the dress was there.

Excellent cozy stay with happy smiley service.
Pros:

Hotel service, staff response, cleanliness, kind. In room dine experience was also exceptional with the quality of service.

Cons:

Could do little better with carpet cleaning, bathroom door fixing, refund explanation that the deposit would be refunded after a week and not immediate.

Great hotel in great location
Pros:

Lovely hotel, beautiful spacious room, staff really helpful. Convenient location, near Petronas towers plus food area. Restaurants were also nice. We overslept the first morning after a long flight but the staff in restaurant made up a little takeaway breakfast box for us of fresh fruits.

Cons:

There wasn’t much storage space for our belongings.

Néanmoins on a passé un bon séjour
Pros:

Superbe hôtel art déco mobilier un peu suranné mais qui reste magnifique !!!

Cons:

Grosse déception chambre non faite pendant 48 h !!!
Il a fallut qu’on appel la réception pour que notre chambre soit faite le soir même Pour un hôtel de cette classe c une grossière erreur

Het was een relaxte verblijf in dit super hotel.
Pros:

We hebben al eerder hier overnacht en vanwege zeer goede ervaring wederom dit hotel geboekt dat op loopafstand is gelegen van KLCC. Het personeel is super aardig en attent en leverde uitstekende service.
