Memorable and comforting.

Pros:

Wat een fijn hotel!
Hele prettige grote foyer. De gasten zijn er ook rustiger en er zijn fijne zitgedeeltes.
Het restaurant is heel goed geoutilleerd.
De lounge is top en de moeite waard.
Hele mooie ruime kamer met een grote badkamer en grote ruimte voor de koffers en kleding.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

The staff made the experience really worthwhile; they are attentive and kind. I always have this feeling that Shangri-La staff like working at Shangri-La, and that shows.

Cons:

The spa was adjacent to the gym, and it did not have that peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The massage I received was great; however, given how much I paid, the overall experience didn't feel worth it.
