Plus jamais
Cons:

Très mauvaise expérience du début à la fin. Service client totalement non professionnel, aucune vraie aide et aucune prise en sérieux de notre situation.

Nous avons dû expliquer notre problème plusieurs fois à différentes personnes sans jamais recevoir de solution concrète. Les réponses étaient automatiques, répétitives et donnaient clairement l’impression que personne ne lisait réellement nos messages.

Le pire est le manque total de suivi et de respect envers le client. Après plusieurs jours de discussions, nous sommes toujours au même point. Heureusement que nous avons conservé toutes les conversations et captures d’écran comme preuves du traitement inacceptable que nous avons reçu.

Si je pouvais donner 0 étoile, je le ferais sans hésitation.

Très déçu par cette expérience.

كل شيى مريح ونظيف وهادى الموظفون ودودون ومتعاونين جدا يوجد غرفه للغسيل ومكواه بسعر 7 يورو يوجد مطبخ متواجدين كل مايلزم من أدوات تلاجه ومايكرويف وفرن غاز ويوجد اله للكوفي والشاي مجانيه
المكان جدا نظيف ومريح وآمن يوجد خصوصيه لكل سرير والغرف منفصله البنات عن الشباب

アントウェルペンに泊まるなら、おすすめのホテルです。
Pros:

近代的なビルで相部屋も広く、ベッドも大きくカーテンもあってプライバシーがしっかり保たれていた。
荷物の収納棚も大きくICカードで施錠するタイプで安心でした。
1Fのラウンジが広くゆっくりくつろげ、コーヒー、お茶、飲料水が無料なのもよかった。共用キッチンもあってほぼ完璧でした。

Cons:

相部屋のトイレが故障中で都度1Fまで下りる必要があった。

Prachtige suite, zeer vriendelijk personeel, toplocatie.
Pros:

De behulpzaamheid van het personeel bij late aankomst. Een vriendelijke barvrouw verwees me door naar een zeer vriendelijke nachtwaker die meteen alles in het werk stelde om me verder te helpen. Alles snel opgelost en een prachtige suite voor een zeer democratische prijs. Aanrader!

Cons:

Er liep iets mis bij de online check-in, waardoor de digital keycard, op zich een heel handig concept, niet was geactiveerd bij aankomst. Gelukkig werd dit snel opgelost door het aanwezige personeel.

Świetny hotel! Czysto i przestronnie, duże okna. Pokoje koedukacyjne duże i czyste, wygodne łóżko z zasłoną, szafki na kartę również całkiem spore. Jeśli miałabym byc kiedyś znów w Antwerpii, na pewno wybiorę znów ten hotel.

Drzwi zamykają sie dość głośno, słaba wentylacja w pomieszczeniu z prysznicem.

nice facilities, loved the curtains by the bed for some privacy, location close to tram, nice area downstairs to hang out but also on the floor there was a nice area with some couches , the breakfast was good as well. overall i'd stay here again

Pros:

L'ostello è molto bello, la camera era pulita e con tutto il necessario. Ci sono anche delle aree comuni che possono essere utilizzate, ma che non ho sfruttato (fermandomi solo una notte). Il personale gentilissimo ed è possibile lasciare i bagagli in una stanza dopo il check out. Ritornerei!

Cons:

La posizione non è centralissima, però ci sono sia autobus che tram vicini, quindi si possono raggiungere abbastanza comodamente diverse zone.
