Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing, especially considering the high price and the standard this hotel claim

The quality of the stay did not match the high price. Limited access to hotel facilities, no food available in the evening, inconvenient reception and breakfast hours, and poor communication from the staff made the experience disappointing.

Well-organized buffet for breakfast & dinner, excellent pool & sauna facilities

Cons:

Opening hours of the sauna make it hard to enjoy, everything closes at 20:00 while dinner is served between 18:00-20:00. No air-conditioning or ventilation system in our room, too few sockets for charging. Rooms are way overpriced.

Schöne Wellnesstage
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal wahnsinnig freundlich. Perfekt für eine kurze Auszeit.
Der Wellnessbereich lädt zum Entspannen ein und auch hier wird sehr viel Wert azf Sauberkeit gelegt.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Nebenhaus. Dieses ist entweder über einen unterirdischen Gang mit dem Haupthaus verbunden oder man geht außen herum. Beides sind kurze Wege und es stört nicht, dass man im Nebengebäude ist. Wir hatten einen richtig schönen Ausblick auf den See.
Kann mir auch gut vorstellen, dass das Hotel ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen rund um den Achensee ist.

Cons:

Die Auswahl an vegetarischen Optionen könnte besser sein.

Sehr familiäres Hotel. Tolles Service
Pros:

Unglaublich freundliches Personal. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Vorerst waren wir mit unserem Zimmer nicht zufrieden ( klein, sehr finster) aber wir konnten am nächsten Tag in ein sehr schönes Zimmer wechseln. Spa Bereich sehr schön. Viele verschiedene Saunen. Tolle Ruheräume und auch adult only Bereiche. Haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Vielleicht, dass tagsüber Lärm von der Strasse zu hören ist. Jedoch in der Nacht ist wenig Verkehr d.h. auch kein Strassenlärm.

Pros:

Wir hatten als Familie (2 Erw, 2 Kinder) einen unglaublich tollen Urlaub.
Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Essen war unglaublich lecker. Für die Kinder gab es sogar eine extra Speisekarte.
Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch. Vieles ist zu Fuß locker mit Kindern zu erreichen.
Wir werden sicher nicht das letzte Mal zu Gast gewesen sein.
Danke an das gesamte Team für einen unvergesslichen Familienurlaub.
