Pros:

The location was great!

Cons:

The room and bathroom didn’t match anything on this site or their site. The bathroom was the absolute worst! It was like a dark cave and there was no light coming into the shower. It was dusty and there were stains in the toilet. Extremely disappointing.

Regrettable. Underwhelming. Overpriced. Definitely would not stay again.
Pros:

Location was great. And rooftop bar was convenient also.

Cons:

Completely overpriced. An old building, so clearly has its limitations. Rooms far too small. Much better value elsewhere.

Great stay with very comfortable beds
Pros:

Very comfortable beds, very effective black out blinds, good location, great bar on the 21st floor. Refillable water bottles were great.

Cons:

The restaurant and lobby area were very cold, which prevented us from dining there more than once.
In the suite, the automatic light in the bathroom was an inconvenience for the person sleeping if another person uses the bathroom at night.
The standard rooms were rather small.

Beautiful and worth the stay . Starlight rooftop bar was a must see view and excellent experience.

Beautiful , elegant and historic through out the entire hotel .
Memorable experience

Cons:

I don’t like that you had to pay for parking at 80-90$ a day on top of the booking fee . We chose a near by parking structure to park at .
I believe parking should be included with all hotel guest and travelers .

Loved it!!
Pros:

I loved the lobby area, it’s like walking into a palace!! Staff were super friendly and accommodating. The Beaco Grand is just a block away from Union Square, surrounded very conveniently located for anyone who wants to experience downtown
