Einfach alles perfekt.
Pros:

Das Flair des Hotel. Die Ausstattung modern aber das Ambiente gediegen eines Hotels mit Stil. Für uns fantastisch. Der Service und das Personal waren gut ausgebildet.

Old world charm in San Francisco
Pros:

What a beautiful old building, loads of character & charm, the lobby was stunning, rooms are cosy but to be expected in an old building, staff were great, in particular the tall porter wearing the top hat was lovely ( sorry didn’t catch his name ), beds were so comfortable, great location with tram stop right outside, wonderful stay!!

Cons:

There was coffee facilities in the room but nothing to make a cup of tea, that was disappointing, parking price seemed excessive compared to what we saw around town at other hotels.

Average and below expectations considering I booked it as an upmarket hotel
Pros:

Staff were nice and good access to public transport

Cons:

Bathroom was too small and nowhere for toiletries. Room was dated and showed it. Lots of homeless around and didn’t feel like a safe space at times

Schönes Hotel mit seltsamen Umgangsformen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist wirklich in einem schönen Gebäude, die Suite war groß, die Lage ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt und immer leicht erreichbar, es war gepflegt und die Bar oben war schon ein Erlebnis. Ich fand es auch super, dass der Fernseher ein Chromecast-System hatte.

Cons:

Die Dusche ist unkomfortabel, da es keine Brause gibt, das Licht im Bad geht ständig aus, wenn man duscht oder auf der Toilette sitzt, das Personal war etwas abweisend. Eine Sache hat mich aber wirklich gestört. Obwohl das Zimmer bezahlt war, hat das Hotel 400 $ auf der Kreditkarte gesperrt und erst elf Tage nach dem Check-Out freigegeben. Auf die Frage an der Rezeption, warum das überhaupt nötig sei, bekamen wir die Antwort: "That's not my business!" Das ist unprofessional und auch ein ordentliches Misstrauen am Kunden.

Fake portrayal in the beginning

The lobby and staff

Cons:

The lobby makes the hotel look great but once your in your room it all changes. We had hair in our bathroom, barely enough towels. One water when we were told 2 would be provided. The tv was awkwardly placed all the way to near the window, can't tilt it at all. Half used toilet paper. It just felt like a closet with a bed. When you walk into the hotel it looks nice and worth the money but our room was not it.

Very central and nicely appointed hotel. Kind of fun/modern mixed with 1928 building-Loved it
Pros:

Location-excellent-in the middle of everything in Union Square
Room-King bed-large room
Bed-Very comfortable (and we are picky!)
Guest services staff/restaurant staff all incredibly accommodating!

Cons:

Big room-could use a comfy sitting chair for reading. (guest services did bring one up-not oversized, but it worked as it gave us a place to set the second suitcase
Luggage rack-one supplied was a little broken (mostly usable)
Hooks for clothes-haven't found a hotel yet that supplies enough hooks for clothes/towels. Only 1 in bathroom and one in the giant closet
