Personeel goed. Locatie goed. Hotel zelf is aan renovatie toe. Maar dat was, achteraf, duidelijk aan de prijs te merken.

Fijn hotel met goede bedden op goede locatie, maar met verouderde badkamer
Pros:

Prima bedden, prima ontbijt en fraai uitzicht vanaf balkon (vanaf de 12e verdieping.

Cons:

De badkamer had een bad met hoge instap en een beperkt doucheraam ter afscheiding. In- en uitstappen was toch wel een probleem (senioren). Jammer dus dat er geen inloopdouche was.

Receptionist not welcoming.
The restaurant was a buffet for 30 euros not good value for money.

Pros:

Das einzige Gute am ganzen Hotel war das nette Personal und das nicht besonders gute aber normale Frühstück

Cons:

Das Zimmer (Familienzimmer 2 erwachsene, 1 kind) war völlig runter gekommen. Teppich verdreckt, Spiegel und Fenster seit Monaten nicht geputzt. Der Duschvorvang war fleckig und einfach nur eklig. Auf dem Balkon blättert überall Farbe ab, Risse in den Wänden und Brandflecken auf den Nachttischen. An Schlaf war überhaupt nicht zu denken, da alle 2 Minuten die Rohre geknackt haben. Wirklich absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Würde ich nie wieder buchen

Great stay
Pros:

Dog friendly hotel, very clean comfortable room with balcony with amazing views. Nice bar for evening drinks with great friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent with a large selection of hot and cold food with dogs also allowed. Definitely would come again.

Cons:

There was no evening meal available but was recommended a few local restaurants.
