Pros:

El shutle desde y hacia el aeropuerto

Cons:

El hotel tenía como olor a tabaco en las alfombras.
El desayuno no tiene prácticamente nada. No hay quesos, fiambres!!!
No nos hicieron la habitación!

Bona situació si vols anar a l'aeroport
Pros:

La situació a prop de l'aeroport permet sortir d'hora per a poder agafar l'avió i disposa d'un servei de autobús gratuït des de l'hotel fins a la terminal.
Les habitacions són prou grans i còmodes.

Cons:

L'estat de conservació de l'hotel, s'hauria de fer més tasques de manteniment.
L'aire condicionat no funcionava i la porta del lavabo estava despenjada, tot i així van reparar la porta immediatament i nes van oferir un ventilador

Will not go second time
Pros:

Breakfast was good.
Pool ok.
Location close to the ice rink.

Cons:

Was fleas on the carpet and bed. Roaches in the bathroom
No hair conditioner on the bottle empty. Key card was not working. I booked room with view on the pool, but recived room with view on Truck Car garage - Truck was noisy and gas smell during loading, kids can’t sleep. On breakfast - my kid took cereal and milk was sour ( expired) probably out of freezer during night

Great breakfast
Nice swimming pool
Comfy beds

Cons:

Being over 70 I did not appreciate being put in a room the farthest away from reception and to make matters worse had to lug our suitcases down and back up some stairs as our room was on a wing and after getting out of the lift had to negotiate these. Not good.
Had no air conditioning first night as broken (39 degrees outside) and so we were shifted to room next door for final 2 nights thank goodness.

Pros:

Really convenient location. Short drive to and from LAX. There’s a supermarket across the street and some good restaurants. Quiet area too. Friendly staff. Great continental breakie.

Cons:

The first room we had got AC malfunction and their staff took time to transfer us to a new room. They said they will give us 50% reimbursement but until now haven’t receive any.
