Very good location, in walking distance to key spot , shopping and dining areas. They also offer us a free drink per person during our stay. And gave us n upgrade room so we can be in the same floor with the other couple we were traveling, that was great!.

The best feature of this hotel is its exceptional staff, who went out of their way to assist and made my stay truly comfortable. I am particularly grateful to Tanya, Facundo, and the gentleman of Argentinian origin with gray hair who worked the night shifts from the 18th to the 21st—my apologies for forgetting your name.
The lady who managed the breakfast service was equally outstanding. I noticed she had marked me as a vegetarian on her list, and indeed I was offered several thoughtful options to choose from. This level of attention to detail and genuine care did not go unnoticed.

Everything was perfect! The room was very comfortable, quiet, and well isolated from noise. The AC worked perfectly. We also appreciated the many amenities, such as the welcome cocktail and complimentary drinking water.
The location was excellent, right in the city center and close to all the main attractions and places to visit. On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Sehr zentrale Lage. Es gibt einen öffentlichen Aufzug kurz entfernt so kann man sich die Steile Strecke sparen um auf das Innenstadt Niveau zu kommen.
Zudem haben wir ein kostenloses Upgrade für eine Sweet mit genialem Ausblick bekommen.
Keine Reaktion auf Parkplatz Anfrage über Booking.com Messenger. Zum entladen kann man beim Hotel parken, aber leider stehen da oft Falschparker. Hotel hat aber Parkkarten für das nächstgelegene Parkhaus für knapp 30 Euro pro Nacht.
The staff, location, beds, back rooms quiet at night.
Bathroom tub was difficult for older adults to climb into to take a shower. The shampoo and body gel containers half full and difficult to get soaps from. The toilet ran at night.

The front desk agent (apologies, I didn't catch his name) was incredibly warm and attentive. He helped us carry our luggage down from the street where we temporarily parked—the streets in Porto’s old town are very hilly and steep! He carefully explained the parking lot location and even pointed out an elevator nearby so we could avoid climbing the steep hills when walking back. He was just as thoughtful and helpful during check-out. Additionally, the breakfast was amazing with a lot variety. When we checked out, we accidentally forgot our trekking poles and umbrella, and the lovely housekeeper actually ran out after us to return them. Overall, although the hotel has a bit of history, the service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Highly recommended!
