Horrible experience
Pros:

The dishes in the breakfast were very dirty. Also in the shower the rubber that covers the door was only on half the door. There were a lot of little fly’s in the bathroom. This is only an opinion but I didn’t like the pictures of women that were all over the hotel. The reception was amazing but overall this was a terrible experience.

City break in Lisbon
Pros:

This hotel is well located and the rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. My only feedback are our double room was a little small however, that is me being very picky. The bed was very good and despite being on a busy road, the soundproofing was excellent.
The staff, especially Carlos, were very friendly and knowledgeable and really seemed to want you to get the best out of your stay in Lisbon

El trato del personal fue magnífico, esperaron en la puerta para que supiera dónde estaba el hotel, me indicaron dónde estaba el parking de manera muy sencilla, perdí el teléfono en el trayecto del parking al hotel y me ayudaron a encontrarlo. Muy atentos, no se puede pedir más. Hablan ingles, español, portugués … se adaptan a lo que necesites. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar

- Tolle Lage, vieles fußläufig erreichbar - die Tram 28E fährt an der nächsten Querstraße vorbei.
- Sehr netter und herzlicher Empfang
- für das vergleichsweise kleine Hotel gab es eine große Auswahl beim Frühstück, mit selbstgemachten Kuchen etc...

Cons:

Ich persönlich mag keine Teppichböden in Hotelzimmern...

Pros:

Die Herren an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eingecheckt haben wir bei Herr Facundo der uns alles genau erklärte und mit vielen Tips für unseren Aufenthalt versorgte. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, das Frühstück völlig ausreichend.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral und alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Perfekt für eine Stadtbesichtigung.

Pros:

Todo excelente! Volvería mil veces. El personal demasiado amable, excelente desayuno y ubicación espectacular. Estuve el día de mi cumpleaños y me dejaron hasta un postre en mi habitación! Recomendado 1000%.
