لقد كان الفندق فخما و قمة في الراحه والنظافة والموقع ممتاز قريب من كل شيء محطة الترام والمترو دقيقه مشي وايضاً بالقرب منه سوبر ماركت كوب و ماكدونالدز و ستاربكس..

Séjour négatif, trop compliqué pour arrivée en voiture, service et équipement insuffisants.
Pros:

Pas pris de petit-déjeuner.
Emplacement pour accès en ville par transport public est favorable.
Lit confortable.
Sensation de sécurité dans les environs.

Cons:

Aucune information préalable sur l'accès au parking à l'arrivée, qui est extrêmement compliqué: hôtel difficile à localiser même avec GPS, pas de possibilité d'arrêt voiture autorisé devant l'entrée pour obtenir la clef du parking, trajet entrée-hôtel/entrée-parking compliqué (risque d'erreurs)
Pas de service durant la nuit.
Personnel mal formé à la réception.
Pas de téléphone dans la chambre (appel réception par No de tél. externe!).
Pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre.

Sehr schön, aber…
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer mit kleiner Küche, die auch notwendig war, weil trotz Buchung kein Frühstück zur Verfügung gestellt wurde.
Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Lage unweit des Sees.

Cons:

Trotz Buchung kein Frühstücksangebot… habe lange auf Rückerstattung des schon gezahlten Betrags für das Frühstück gewartet.

Für ein Kurztripp perfekt.
Pros:

Sehr toller Style, Betten sehr bequem. Nespresso Maschine auf dem Zimmer.

Cons:

Parken sehr teuer …

Beautiful and comfortable accommodations, would stay again anytime!
Pros:

Staff were nice and even upgraded our room! hotel room was clean and adorable, bed was so comfortable and loved the spacious shower! It was a few minutes walk away from some good spots to eat or go walk by the water and had a train station across the street which was very convenient.
