Mooi rustig hotel met zwembad. En vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Een mooi kleinschalig hotel. Rustig gelegen.

Cons:

Er was helaas een misverstand over onze aankomst ondanks correspondentie hierover. Maar voor de rest alleen maar positief.

Jederzeit in einem anderen Zimmer wieder
Pros:

Die Villa und die Lage ist super schön. Mega stilvolle Einrichtung.
Tolles und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind super nett.
Der Pool ist klasse und man kann schon vor dem Frühstück ein paar Runden schwimmen.
Besonders klasse ist ein Parkplatz direkt auf dem Gelände der Villa. In Florenz ein großer Vorteil und Pluspunkt.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war insgesamt "OK" jedoch etwas feucht. Handtücher und nasse Badesachen sind kaum getrocknet.
Ein Fliegengitter am Fenster wäre toll gewesen.

Servicen var god

Cons:

Meget slidt hotel, hvor der flere gange var strøm afbrydelse. Wifi var on and off. Morgenmaden var virkelig ringe.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage ganz nah am historischen Zentrum und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir haben fast alles erlaufen. Das Hotel selbst liegt in einer tollen Villengegend mit beeindruckenden Häusern und Anwesen. Die große Allee vor der Tür war perfekt für die morgendliche Gassirunde. Das Ambiente der Villa Carlotta ist sehr besonders und hat uns gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war angenehm geräumig mit hygienisch erfreulichen Parkettboden.

Cons:

Malheureusement, l'état de la chambre laissait grandement à désirer... Nous avons donc demander un remboursement et ils ont été très courtois.

Die Lage war gut. Das Zimmer war ruhig.
Es gab einen Swimmingpool was bei den Temperaturen sehr angenehm war. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit . Das Frühstücksbufett hatte eine grosse Auswahl

Cons:

Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn die Hotelbar abends eine Stunde länger geöffnet gewesen wäre. Ansonsten war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Hotel vetusto con encanto, que en España no tendría 4 estrellas
Pros:

La ubicación, preciosa. A unos 20 minutos caminando del Ponte Vecchio, en Oltrarno, una zona tranquila rodeada de bosque. El edificio es una casa del principios del siglo XX con bastante encanto. El desayuno, bastante bueno y variado. Servicios básicos. El personal, muy atento y deseoso de agradar.

Cons:

Noté en algunas cosas las diferencias entre los estándares hoteleros en España e Italia. Un hotel como este no tendría 4 estrellas en España, no sé si 3…: Habitación pequeña y sin armario (solo una zona abierta sobre un poyete, con una barra y unas perchas). Baño minúsculo, no caben dos personas, y algo descuidado; estando en la segunda planta, el agua caliente no llegaba a nuestra ducha, y nos hemos tenido que duchar con agua fría todos los días.

A pesar de ello, la estancia ha sido agradable, y Florencia es espectacular.

Frühstück war bescheiden.
Brotsorten, Käse, Früchte, auch verschiedene Eierspeisen, frisch gepresster Orangensaft, Aufschnitt wie Salami,Rohschinken, Mortadella hätte ich von diesem Hotel erwartet
Parkplatz ziemlich eng für die heutigen Automodelle, war aber ok
