Nice place in a great location
Pros:

Comfortable and large room

Cons:

Food was OK, but not outstanding. English was not widely spoken and it seems the front desk had a lot of new people that were not paying attention.

Nos asignaron un cuarto para personas de capacidades diferentes y es muy incomodo por la seria de tubos y sillas extras que tienen, ademas si no eres socio de su sistema Rewars te cobran el cafe que en todos los hoteles de esta categoria son de cortesia.

Gorgeous vintage-style hotel
Pros:

1. It's a beautiful hotel.
2. The service was great (exception: bellhops)
3. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. I was personally pleased to find vegan-friendly options.
4. The pool and jacuzzi are lovely

Cons:

1. Water and coffee in the room is not free. A hotel this classy should not be nickeling and diming you like this.
2. Very pushy bellhops. You will get help with your suitcase whether you like it or not.
3. It's a bit far from the nightlife. We had to walk about 1 km to get there.
4. Only one trash can in the room
5. The lock on our door was sticky. We often had to scan our keycard multiple times to get in.
6. The escalator broke twice during our 4-day stay.

Hay 4 almhoadas, pero no hay variedad, todas están muy altas

la estancia en general fue muy buena, las habitaciones y limpieza de buena calidad,

el gimnasio le falta mantenimiento, 2 caminadoras no funcionaban era la 2da vez que me hospedaba y aun no las habian arreglado.
