Overall, Nice property, well behaved staff. It was good for a day getaway with family.
Pros:

The overall property was good. Traditional Welcome is good. Food was good. Special mention of the Misti Dohi we had after dinner at the restaurant. The staff was polite. Special mention of Mr Suraj who took me around the property and explained everything significantly good.

Cons:

The suite was unexpectedly small for the size to be called a Prime suite. I was expecting a bigger bathroom with a bathtub in a suite. The cost of suite is not justified.
Secondly, my car was dirty when i received it back. Looked like it was parked out in the open. Before giving it back to the customer , it would have been nice to have at least wiped it cloth to make a look little clean.

Cons:

Stairs everywhere. Not accessible. This is not disclosed in property pictures or description. Entrance is a hassle. The security ( first contact) wasn't helpful in showing us the alternate entrance.

Just Go For it
Pros:

It was perfect combination of Local breakfast plus continental dishes. Chef Ankur made us feel very special with his deep knowledge about Bengali food was brilliant. He served zamindar thali at a special request. Restaurant staff Rohit was kind enough to guide us on menu selection. Both Rohit and Ankur made stay very special along with other staff.

Cons:

Breakfast hall was bit basic. It would have been great if breakfast place was more local interiors.

10000% Satisfied.
Pros:

I absolutely have to mention the impeccable service of MAIMUR and KUNAL at the entrance, both upon arrival and departure. The excellent welcome from SURJA and SUNITA at the reception, the entire restaurant staff, and last but certainly not least, the legendary bartender ROHIT, who won me over with his mastery in handling spirits.

All was nice.
Pros:

Firstly the property was very soothing and full of greenery.The staffs were so disciplined and gud behaved.The person on entrance name Maimur was very gud and gud in his job.Also the sour chef Ankur Halder was very much connected with us and eager to know about what we liked and what we don't.We like the food very much.Breakfast menu was well decided and was very gud.Reception staffs were also nice and one staff named Rhitayudh was very much helpful at d time of check out.Overall nice experience.

Cons:

Nothing like not to like .Just in d menu the price of simple roti was @ 499 + taxes was little too much.

Heritage hotel took my breathe away.
