Wir waren rundum zufrieden und sind froh, dass das Parkhotel auferstanden ist.

Frühstück, Lage, Freundlichkeit des Personals

Cons:

Badezimmer/Dusche sehr für das Auge sehr schön, die Türe der Dusche ist aber so bündig mit dem Boden montiert, dass man keinen Teppich davor legen kann. Die Folge: der Boden wird nass, sobald man die Türe öffnet.

Pros:

The staff are always welcoming and friendly and very helpful after my long trip from Australia. I am very grateful for them helping me with the Wi Fi and for giving me directions with the map in Frankfurt. The breakfast is also excellent.

Cons:

I couldnt sleep much (had about 10 sleeps) as the noise in the park was full on until 4am. People were also yelling early hrs. I was just jet lagged - exhausted as was flying over 20 hrs. So topsy tervy - as in Australia we are 9 hrs ahead. My room was facing the park. So I requested not to be there next time. I loved the atmosphere of the park earlier as I was there but it was relentless after. I was sitting at a table there having a drink and the chairs just got taken away one by one. So was just at the table with one chair. Did'nt like that either so I left.

insgesamt entspannter Aufenthalt mit sehr gutem Frühstück und sehr freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Das Hotel in Frankfurt war zentral am Bahnhof gelegen, die Zimmer insgesamt sehr geräumig mit viel Platz. Die Rezeption war sehr bemüht, um unseren Wunsch, ein ruhig gelegenes Zimmer zu erhalten nachgekommen.
Das Frühstück war sensationell und ließ keine Wünsche offen
Das Gepäck konnte am nächsten Tag problem- und kostenlos bis zu unserer Abreise mit der Bahn zwischengelagert werden

Cons:

Schade, dass man uns nicht gleich ein ruhiges Zimmer trotz vorheriger Information über Booking.com angeboten hat. So musste es erst zweimal gewechselt werden, bis wir ein wunschgemäßes Zimmer erhalten hatten.
Im Zimmer selber stellten wir Flecken am Sofa und eine lose Fussleiste fest. Das sollte in einem Hotel dieser Klasse nicht der Fall sein

Pros:

Το προσωπικό στην υποδοχή ήταν πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό ( καθαρίζονταν κάθε μέρα). Είχε σίδερο και σιδερώστρα μεγάλη ( δεν υπάρχουν σε πολλά δωμάτια ξενοδοχείων). Στην ντουλάπα είχε πολλές κρεμάστρες. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ καλό, είχε μεγάλη ποικιλία. Ωραίο περιβάλλον. Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ βολική, κοντά στον κεντρικό σταθμό και σχετικά κοντα με την έκθεση, δυο στάσεις με μετρό ή τραμ.

Cons:

Γύρω απο το σταθμό δεν ήταν και η καλύτερη περιοχή (απο κόσμο), αλλά δεν φταίει το ξενοδοχείο σε αυτό. Απλά το αναφέρω. Μάλλον ειναι κάτι σύνηθες σε όλους τους σταθμούς ανα τον κόσμο.

Bien pero no excepcional
Pros:

Algunas recepcionistas son muy amables (aunque otras no tanto). La cama es muy cómoda. Las zonas comunes son elegantes.

Cons:

La ubicación es muy cómoda porque cerca de la estación central, pero esta zona (como muchas otras del centro de Frankfurt) está llena de vagabundos tumbados por las aceras, que están sucias. Es verdad que justo el rincón donde se encuentra el hotel esta limpio pero para llegar hay que pasar por esta zona peligrosa. La habitación no es tan amplia ni tan bonita como la que aparece en la foto. El numero para llamar directamente a la recepción desde el telefono de la habitación no funciona. No hay buena insonorización con el exterior.

It was good, clean and convenient.
Pros:

The renovated rooms were clean and modern. Location was convenient and near the central station.

Cons:

Elevator door needs maintenance since i almost got stuck twice. But everything else was good.
