Pros:

Great location opposite a small leafy park, and near the station but not in the grotty area (the roads right next to the station)
Helpful friendly staff, good restaurant & bar. Excellent breakfast. Nice rooms, bit larger than average.

Cons:

I have to be fair, the hotel was good. Located in a very good spot. Breakfast was better then average.

Cons:

​Extremely disappointed with this booking. I specifically chose a "Breakfast Included" rate, but at checkout, the hotel split the breakfast into a separate charge on my invoice. The staff refused to fix it, claiming it was just a limitation of their system. Because of this improper itemization, I cannot get reimbursed by my company. Booking.com and the hotel need to ensure their invoicing matches the terms advertised at the time of booking.

Sehr schönes Hotel und tolles Frühstück. Das sanierte Zimmer im Altbau war sehr hochwertig.

Cons:

Leider zu hellhörig im sanierten Altbau. Sowohl von der Straße als auch dem Zimmer über mir.

Wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Neu renoviert, komfortables Kingsize-Bett für sehr guten Schlaf. Sehr freudliches Personal, opulentes Frühstücksangebot. Lage hervorragend: Kleiner Park vorm Haus, Hauptbahnhof ums Eck, nahe an Main, Museen, Oper und Altstadt.

Cons:

Zimmer klein, aber praktisch, Ausblick in engen Hof unerfreulich.

It was mediocre.
Pros:

Access to main station. Though Frankfurt main stations are a nightmare with addicts roaming around, homeless on streets & other unsavoury sights. Not the best of locations - only ok if you are hopping to some other destinations

Cons:

No dining on holidays - Easter - it’s a bother. Carpets looked old.
