Pros:

Very close to a shopping centre, train station and major links lile to the airport. Also close to many attractions.

Cons:

The room that we booked was small but still I would say the location of the hotel tops it off.

I would stay there again because of Giulio! Can't get closer to Termini
Pros:

Giulio, who runs the breakfast room, is the reason to stay here. He remembered every guest by name, not a handful of us but every single one, and took a real interest in each. He made coffees to order, and after a day he began preparing them the moment he saw someone appear at the door. After we had checked out he let my mother sit in the breakfast room to work and quietly kept an eye on her. That is hospitality you cannot install or train for, and it lifted the stay.

On location, you cannot get closer to Termini, which is worth a great deal if you have an early train.

Cons:

The photographs flatter the rooms considerably. Ours was dated, and fresh paint has been applied over that rather than in place of it. The bathroom has not been
updated at all. We arrived to find no soap in the shower and the dispenser brackets plainly missing from the wall.

Getting access to the gym at the partner hotel took three days and a good deal of persistence. The property manager had confirmed by email before arrival that
access was available. At the desk the answer changed repeatedly from one day to the next. On the final morning a member of the front desk staff took it in hand and resolved it in a few minutes, which rather showed it had been straightforward throughout.

There are stairs up to reception, so anyone arriving with heavy cases should come prepared. The proximity to the station also brings the character of that area with it. It is fair to say the presence of military and security staff has made great changes to the

Lokacija je dobra bas kod izlaza stanice Termini ko preseda na vozove za drugi grad savrseno...a do centra rima ima 2 stanice metroom...smestaj je bio super kreveti jako udobni soba cista kupatilo takodje ...imale smo i dorucak koji je bio ok ...

Pros:

Staff were friendly and the location was good.

Cons:

The walls were thin and you could hear all the other visitors. I was not able to control The A/C. Breakfast was terrible.

Great place to stay
Pros:

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast had a very good choice for everyone. Just off Termini station which was very convenient for the metro

Cons:

I never like non detachable shower heads but at least there was a shower cap

Pros:

The hotel was very close to the train station, making it easy to get to the airport in the morning. Breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff were friendly.

Cons:

The aircon was broken in our room - it was very loud but the controls didn’t work and the room was so hot, making it difficult to sleep.

Bellissima Esperienza

Il fatto che dopo le 23 non ci sia la reception: viaggiando da sola e vista anche la posizione fronte stazione, non mi sono fidata a tornare troppo tardi.

An Exceptional Stay — Wonderful Hospitality!
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Marissa and can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences we had during our time in Italy.

From the moment we arrived for check-in, we were greeted with such warmth and kindness. The receptionist who checked us in was extremely friendly, helpful, and informative. Unfortunately, we didn’t get her name, but we would like to sincerely thank her for making us feel so welcome from the very beginning.

A special thank you as well to Roberta, Matteo, and Julio, who all provided exceptional customer service throughout our stay. They were warm, attentive, welcoming, and always willing to help. Julio was especially kind and thoughtful, always greeting guests with a genuine smile and making everyone feel comfortable and at home. His wonderful attitude truly made a difference.

The location of the hotel is also excellent, with convenient access to the train station, metro, and buses. There are plenty of restaurants and dining options nearby, making it very easy to explore and enjoy the area.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, Hotel Marissa exceeded our expectations. The combination of the excellent location, comfortable room, and—most importantly—the incredibly warm and welcoming staff made our stay truly special.

Thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable experience and for your genuine hospitality. You made us feel more like welcomed guests than customers, and we will definitely recommend Hotel Marissa to anyone visiting Italy.
