Dripping tub faucet. Hard to turn on sink faucet. Sprung plugs at the sink area.

Your doing just fine.

Bed was hard, bathroom could use an update, indoor pool was the attraction for us but it was too cold to use without a hot tub. The hot tub appears to be covered up.

Located in old and sketchy neighborhood.We had no where safe to park and long grass and clipped crepe myrtle bushes to climb over getting out of vehicles. The pool was dark pond green with murky bubbles coming up. The hotel had old carpet, walls and doors needed paint, no screens on my 2nd story window and it opened fully. Typical worn out Indian run hotel in the Midwest charging 3/4 star rates. I think not having the pool alone in August at Lake of the Ozarks would warrant a discount. But hey it might be good fit for someone else. We just needed 1 night on way to STL. I was more worried about tweakers and theft of my moving car than anything else

The room had roaches.

Had less than a roll of toilet paper in bathroom.

Stench of cat pee, staff could care less if you're there or not , on their phone blaring a video. Bathroom moldy and rusty ,room was wet feeling no matter how the ac was set. Floors were dirty vinyl and huge gap under the door. Staff at checkout eating at desk and didnt even look up when I wanted to check out. Staff clothing dirty and stained and never an inquiry as to our stay never said a word about anything.

Noisy between 11pm and 1 am. Could hear people walking on floor above, people talking loudly in hall, and dog barking and scratching at doors while going down the hall. Although many stations were available, tv reception was poor with no color.

The toilet flapper periodically leaked making it noisy at night. The TV setup was confusing with 2 remotes and the sound was distorted.

Bathroom smelled musty … Stayed over from Sunday to Monday and was not informed of breakfast schedule being different and missed out on breakfast. Lady at front counter was very rude and snotty about telling me schedule.

We arrived and one of our rooms smelled like mildew and the other had cockroaches. When we went down and told the front desk she told us they knew there was cockroaches in the room above us but they sprayed so they must have just went ti another room. She even laughed.
