Hotel etwas außerhalb, mit günstiger Taxifahrt kein Problem, Auto parkt im Außenbereich kostenfrei

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt, das Frühstück sehr gut, besonders hervorzuheben war die Freundlichkeit der Dame an der Rezeption, die unsere Taxifahrt organisiert hat und in allem sehr behilflich war.

Cons:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ca. 3 km von der Innenstadt entfernt, öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung umständlich, wir sind mit dem Taxi für umgerechnet € 7,50 gefahren, das war völlig problemlos, auch für die Rückfahrt haben wir schnell ein Taxi am Straßenrand gefunden.

W trakcie pobytu bez wcześniejszego uprzedzenia trafiliśmy na wesele. Nie mieliśmy możliwości przeniesienia do cichszego pokoju, gdyż te były zarezerwowane dla gości weselnych. Zostaliśmy oszukani, gdyż 2 dni wcześniej przed dokonaniem rezerwacji dzwoniliśmy do recepcji z dodatkowymi pytaniami odnośnie pokoju. Podkreślaliśmy, że pokój jest dla 3 panów, którzy przyjeżdżają do pracy, a nie na wypoczynek i muszą być wyspani. Pani z recepcji zapewniła, że pokój ma 3 osobne łóżka (panowie musieli je sami rozsuwać) i pościel dla alergików, słowem nie zająknęła się o imprezie weselnej. W moim pojęciu usługa hotelowa nie została wykonana należycie, więc będziemy wnioskować o częściowy zwrot kosztów. Dodatkowo parking dla gości hotelowych powinien być w cenie zakwaterowania.

Perfect place to stay in Szczecin
Pros:

Super helpful and friendly staff. I had medical emergency and they assisted to sort it out very fast. Location is excellent, rooms are clean, breakfast is nice.

Der beste Hote, bis jetzt in meinem 3. mal in Szcezcin, welche ich gefunden habe

Es war immer sauber. Das Personal immer nett und bereit mir jede Frage zu Hilfe

Cons:

das einzige wäre: Parkplatz kleine und man kann von Anfang an besser sagen den Preis dafür , damit alles in Einheit vorher zu bezahlen. Aber es war auch ok.

Для меня была важна парковка. По факту парковка отеля была занята гостями ресторана при отеле. По выходным дням там часто свадьбы до глубокой ночи Мне пришлось оставить авто на улице. У меня был оплачен завтрак. Но так получилось что я уезжал в 6:30. В ресторане было 2 человека. Я попросил кофе. Мне отказали. Сказали что кофе только с 7 утра (.

Das Personal war leider sehr unfreundlich, man hatte das Gefühl, man stört.
Die Klimaanlage lief die ganze Nacht im Zimmer, ließ sich nicht ausstellen, auch nicht mit Hilfe des Haustechnikers.

Es wäre schön wenn es Spiegelei mit Speck gäbe, müßte bei dem Preis möglich sein, Müsliangebot ist auch ausbaubar, Jogurt und mehr frisches Obst.
