Good Clean Rooms.
The location is fantastic—only one-minute walk to beach.
I can't do stairs because of health issues and there elevators were not working so I was offered a down stairs room well it had BED BUGS i would not recommend. And I didn't receive a full refund after letting them know I can't do stairs when I booked and wrote in special instructions that was offered run don't stay there
Nothing Nasty
Right across the beach. The room was nice and cold.
Shower coating was peeling off, mold on the shower edge,the stairs were loose, no coffee maker even though it said there was one in the room, breakfast was a joke, waffle maker didn't cook the waffles properly they came out falling apart and raw. No extra towels or wash cloth. No house keeping at least to empty out the trash can.

The tv in our room didn’t work ask the staff about repairing it.
They told me they would fix it.
Waited an hour and no one showed up.
Went back to the office and they said they would be right there. This started about 630 pm
No one came at 9pm I went back to the office they said they were on the way.
About 20 minutes later the manager? Came and checked told me that the maintenance guy was going to have to fix it.
At 10pm I went back to the office and they said he was on the way.
At 11pm I went back to the office and they said that he was on the way from Houston asked them about moving to a different room didn’t happen.
At that point I was fed up with them and told them not to bother us we were going to go to bed

Stains on bedding and hair on toilet. Couldn’t stay there. Didn’t cause a scene either. They pretended they couldn’t contact the manager and ignored Expedias calls resulting in no refund. Escalated to Wingate Wyndham customer care- they lied and declined my complaint. DO NOT BOTHER TO STAY AT THIS S*** hole!!!!!
The hotel is starting to get rundown, the swimming pool water was dirty, there were small repairs needed, the laundry did not work. The free breakfast ws prtty nonexistant. You could make waffles or toast. The coffee and an orange juice dispenser were empty.
Overall I would not stay here again. I did not live up to the Wyndham name.

Everything. Mold on shower curtain, door frame messed up and had to shove it in order to close properly, no blanket available just sheets, and to top it off they charged me $15 to park. Room was disgusting. I will never stay here again.

The first room was used before we got there and looked like someone had just left there. pillows were missing and comforters were missing.
the second room was not cleaned up well and the beds were not made, the comforters were not on the beds.
the pool was not available to us that paid for rooms.
the floors were sticky and had not been mopped, walking on the floors barefooted made our feet black. we were locked out of our room for the second day and we had to get new cards to get in.

Dirty, mold on the walls, tv didn’t work, had to ask for towels and bedspread no vending machine or ice.
The only positive was it was close to the beach
Everything else . There were boogers on the walls , feces on the headboard and sheets . Walls were two different colors . My lamp didn’t work . We requested staff to come to our room 8 different times to check the tv bc it wouldn’t work either .
No toilet paper, towels, soap, shampoo conditioner
Basically nothing except for the location.
Everything! Not clean, no housekeeping, no clean towels or bedding. Had to go to desk to ask for towels and even toliet paper. The parking lot was dirty and unkept. Never seen housekeeping the whole entire stay.
