Bathroom tiles were broken and group of people were loud outside our room
reception staff could not answer any of our questions to navigate our stay at galveston.. they seem to not know the area as well

That the hotel counter guy called me 5 times within 10 minute of me being in my room & when I didn’t answer because I was in the shower he was banging on the door.

It was dirty, there was no blankets on the bed, there were no rags, some stuff was not plugged in!

This hotel ws in very old run down condition. There were numerous pot holes in parking lot. Rooms needed cleaning, we had a water ring stain in the commode and it continually ran water. The rooms had been painted and a lot of over laping on the baseboards. There were still some bits of masking tape left on the baseboards.
The location, it was right near the beach.
The rooms were not clean, the bathroom was covered in sand and someone else’s hair. There were no towels or blankets, you have to pay for towels and they stated they do not provide blankets only a top sheet. They also make you pay an additional fee for parking and to check in early.
The location was convenient, and once the TV service was restored, it worked fine. The staff was polite when I spoke with them.
The room did not match the listing. The “balcony” was a shared outdoor walkway with no privacy. The refrigerator had rust on the shelf, there was a cigarette lighter left in the closet, an unwrapped bar of soap was already on the bathroom rack, one bed had a stain, there were no towels when I arrived, and I was surprised by a parking fee that was not disclosed before booking.

I did not like nothing about this place. It is a run down motel located in the getto. I want a full refund on my booking. I told the clerk to cancel my stay. He did understand what I said and gave me a registration copy. I want a total refund from booking.com
The place was old and messed up. All of the room were not maintained. Old tvs, bathrooms that needed need replacing. I was moved twice and each room was the same. I want my money back.
