The hotel served a purpose for this trip but I wouldn’t use it again.
Pros:

Very close to the venue we were visiting, just a 15 minute walk and was easy to find from the motorway.

Cons:

The bed was really uncomfortable, it was like lying on a rock all night. Our check out time was 12md and we received a call in the room at 11:05 from reception asking us when we were checking out, never had this happen before at any other hotel we’ve stayed in. We ordered 2 cocktails at the bar and were charged £50 for the 2 drinks as they weren’t on the cocktail menu. Well overpriced!!
The car park was terrifying to get out of, the turn to get down the ‘out’ ramp had me squealing in fear for my car paintwork.

Excellent conference venue
Pros:

I attended a conference here at the weekend and was very impressed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with an excellent shower. The conference facilities were also excellent as was all of the food. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This hotel is located right next to the train station so it is extremely convenient.

Nice locating but wouldn’t stay there again as couldn’t sleep in the rock hard bed

Carpark awful so didn’t use it way too small for modern vehicles
