Unfortunately, my experience at the Hilton Hotel was very disappointing. The room was too small and did not meet the standard I expected from a Hilton hotel. The service was also very poor, and I felt that the staff did not provide the level of customer service that guests should receive.

Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay. I expected much better quality, service, and comfort from Hilton. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves its standards for future guests.

Cashless payments only made for a bad experience when bar staff made a mistake.
Which by the way ...£7.20 for a pint of lager is daylight robbery, this is Leeds not London!
In fact just avoid the bar altogether.
