Pros:

Large room in the city. Not really loud for being in the capital. Parking in their garage was limited and difficult, but you can park across the street for free. They are renovating parts of the property so it will probably be even better soon. The breakfast spread was huge!

Cons:

parking, but it was still free so that is all that really mattered to me!

No-frills, clean facility more suitable to short-term, phone-reliant travelers.
Pros:

Clean, near pick-up point for buses and taxis. Close enough to acceptable restaurants and food market.

Cons:

More obvious information on the Booking.com site that this was a low-budget, self-service facility with no amenities at a price that didn't meet value expectations. No access to the room until 3:00 p.m. regardless of availability; online check-in, all room codes became active at precisely 3:00 p.m. 7:00 a.m. morning breakfast was crowded as most guests seemed to be getting an early start. Not close to any tourist destinations, though taxi and bus service is adjacent to property.
