Terrible staff and terrible maintained
Pros:

The staff here were absolutely terrible the lady was talking on the phone and mumbling to us the whole time, the photos do not match the look of the hotel, the room had dirty bedding and the bathroom was still dirty and the toilet was making noises the whole stay. This is the worst hotels to choose from.

Absolutely awful all around
Pros:

I found the condition of the room to be unacceptable. I documented multiple concerns, including significant staining on the mattress, numerous black spots on the mattress and bedding, and what appeared to be bed bugs consistent with the concerns raised in the reviews. I have attached photos of what I observed.

In addition to the condition of the room, I did not feel safe at the property. There were individuals passed out in the stairwell and other concerning activity around the hotel that made me uncomfortable remaining there overnight.

Given the condition of the room and my safety concerns, I made the decision to relocate to a different hotel that evening.

I honestly think the new owners should retake the photos of this hotel because it looks nothing like what is advertised. The pool wasn’t working, the rooms were not clean, the bathtub had black stains, and there were hairs on the shower towels. The breakfast area also did not look anything like the photos shown on the booking site and had very limited options.

This was definitely a lesson learned always read the reviews before booking. Unfortunately, our reservation was non-refundable, so we were stuck . I would not stay here again based on this experience.

there was black mold, blood stained on our sheets, a missing tv remote, water damage on the walls, dirty shower, dirty sinks, dirty towels. there was constant noise, people in the courtyard screaming, belligerently drunk, prostitutes. and best of all i paid $200 for a king premium room..and got told they “sold out” of those rooms so they put us in a room with two full beds. beds were extremely uncomfortable and we felt unsafe the entirety of our trip..but i couldn’t get a refund. they advertise the pool..but it’s been closed and not in use for a few years. i would never stay here again and would never recommend it to anyone else

Disappointing. The last time I stayed the hotel was much nicer in every way.

Pool not open in middle of July, floor in the room was swept but grimy, breakfast choices extremely limited. There were frequent loud arguments between a few of the staff and some of the guests. We had 2 rooms and the tub in one of the rooms had several holes in the tub that had been repaired with JB Weld.

Disgusting!
Pros:

The place was filthy inside & out. Homeless people sleeping under the outside stairways. Stains on the bedding covers. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Dumpster was overflowing and stank. Peeling paint on inside of bathroom door. Plastic wrap on fire alarm. The entire place needed a major power wash. We wouldn't take a shower or eat breakfast there! Unfortunately pre-paid so we didn't move on. The elevator was out of service and appeared to have been for a while.

Cons:

When checking in at 4 pm there was no room available and I had a confirmed reservation. I came back at 5 still no room. At 5:30 finally got room after waiting 20 minutes at the check in desk. Service was awful and clerk’s English was unintelligible.
