Don’t trust them to have a room even with reservation
Pros:

I travel on business. Had a reservation for weeks prior. Showed up and they told me they overbooked and wanted to send me to another Embassy Suites 10 minutes away. Not close to my meetings and I’d have to deal with trying to get an Uber refund from their manager. No more Hiltons for me.

Nice convenient basic hotel
Pros:

Very nice hotel. I really liked the room setup with spacious living area and the separate angled bedroom. Amenities were nice including the fitness room as well as the complimentary breakfast and reception. Super convenient to watch the bats exodus from the bridge or to just go downtown. Recommend.

Horrible housekeeping
Pros:

Two days in a row the housekeeping that we requested did not vacuum, empty garbage or make the bed. The general manager was very responsive but by the time I complained we were checking out the next day

Cons:

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, seul un lit double était fait à notre arrivée. Nous avons dû redemander un lit bébé après le dîner. Il nous a été apporté mais sans draps.. il a fallu redemander des draps pour faire nous même les lits des enfants.
Autre point négatif qui concerne le petit déjeuner : très bon rien à redire sur la qualité de ce qui était proposé, seulement le personnel sur place n’était pas très accueillant et attendait l’heure exacte pour fermer les portes du buffet. Attention ne dépassez pas 9h30 en semaine !

Big rooms, good location, dated property
Pros:

Huge rooms, large free breakfast space, very limited reception in bar, helpful staff, very dated decor. Short walk to SoCon area with restaurants and shops. Joann’s is very good + tasty. We went twice.. nice outdoor space and super friendly vibe.
