Fantastic location but very hot in the room
Pros:

The location is absolutely stunning. The Kloster itself is beautiful and is laying in a really nice location with direct lake access. Fantastic for walks or swimming. The hotel even has its own platforms in the lake where you can access to the water.

The facilities are according modern standards and well taken care of.

Furthermore, the breakfast is good with a wide offer.

Cons:

In the summer nights the rooms get very hot. Since its directly next to the lake, you can’t really open the windows since many mosquitoes will come into the room. Honestly, it was quite hard to sleep with this heat.

I am not expecting to have an AC here, but maybe an anti-mosquito net for the window would have been nice.

Das Komplettpaket stimmt nicht. es gibt m.E. bessere Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten.
Pros:

Sauberes Zimmer, gute Dusche.
Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten, direkt am Haus oder am grosseren Parkplatz. Direkt am See.

Cons:

Leider gibt es vor Ort keine Möglichkeit, abends etwas zu essen. Ein kleiner Hinweis darauf findet sich zwar zwischen den zahlreichen anderen Öffnungszeiten, geht dort aber leicht unter. Warum wird nicht gleich deutlich auf die fehlenden Essensmöglichkeiten bzw. auf Alternativen in der Umgebung hingewiesen?

Der Zugang zur St.-Nikolaus-Kapelle ist nicht erlaubt – der Grund dafür ist bekannt und nachvollziehbar.

Was ich allerdings sehr unangenehm fand: Wenn man als Gast eine Frage stellt, wird darüber anschließend offenbar im Frühstücksraum gelästert. Das finde ich äußerst unprofessionell und für ein Hotel dieser Art unangemessen. Fragen von Gästen sollten sachlich beantwortet und nicht anschließend zum Gesprächsthema gemacht werden.
