Pros:

Good experience, room are clean, location is beautiful.

Cons:

Buffet option is limited as well as when hotel is fully packed.secondly the approaching road is little technical be a good driver.

Not the value for money pretty expensive and boring

The rooms are adequate clean done up nicely, provided a good nights sleep the bedding was comfortable!

I have quite a few things here, I was expecting a 5 star hospitality found it very tepid , no effort except from Anurag who gave me a higher floor room. We found the food exorbitantly priced and hotel could have organised some activity for guests otherwise it was very boring for families traveling with kids considering you really cant venture out ! We had some trouble with our washroom's flush system looked liked it needed some work and shouldn't have been allocated to us. Its room no 411.

Only the view.. Location was amazing

Cons:

Not worth it at all… extra charges for everything like bonfire and all… food was so expensive as well as breakfast has limited options only.

Great location and view.
Pros:

Breakfast was average, compared to ITC reutation .

Cons:

Taste - perpetual salt dficient and tables were not fully set up, salt, pepper, sugar were required to requisitioned daily.

Staff informing that they could not pack a few sandwitches to take along, as they did not have containers.

Pros:

Excellent place, nice staff, awesome views and sunset, quiet location and lovely breakfast/food.

Cons:

We stayed for 3 nights but there was a wedding function, so they blocked the Garden space which had the best sunset views. So, it was occupied all those days and we couldn't actually sit or walk in the premises.
