Best location in Firenze in comfortable accommodation.
Pros:

Breakfast staff and food were excellent as was the downstairs bar and service. Pool was another positive although well used. Proximity to all attractions was fantastic.

Cons:

No food available after 3pm. Possibly could have a cold meat and cheese board that people could purchase with drinks that could be served from the bar.

Great location, great breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast included in the price was actually very good. I can't have gluten or dairy but I was able to have a plate full of food and the breakfast staff also made me an iced coffee when all I asked for was a cup of ice! The pool area is nice with different seat choices - although $5 for a small glass of lemonade is a bit steep

Cons:

I stayed in a room I didn't book, upon entry to my original room it smelt like sewage, like a public bathroom. I told the reception about this and they changed my rooms but it wasn't an upgrade, it was a downgrade I had a smaller bathroom, more dated room also when I had paid extra for my type of room so that was really disappointing.

Excellent location to both explore and relax right in the heart of the city.
Pros:

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Hotel Croce Di Malta. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was central. It was an easy walk from the train station, as well as to all the major sights within the city. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of variety. We were here during a heat wave so having a pool was a huge plus after a hot day exploring the city. Our evenings were spent with a glass of Prosecco on the rooftop patio enjoying the music from Piazza Santa Maria Novella - what a perfect way to end the day!

Cons:

Nothing, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

‏ארוחת בוקר טובה יחסית לאירופה.

‏הזמנו חדר מסוים וכנראה שידרגו אותנו לחדר משפחה אבל זה חדר זוועה עם שתי קומות שהייתי מעדיף לקבל את החדר הרגיל ולא לקבל שדרוג.

‏באחד הימים ניקו את החדר והשאירו את הדלת פתוחה עד שהגענו.

Bom hotel, confortável, perto da estação.
Pros:

a localização, o quarto, o café da manhã. A piscina não é tão agradável, é bem pequena com poucos lugares para ficar, mas no calor ajuda um pouco.

Cons:

O pessoal da recepção nada simpático. Como o pessoal do café da manhã e da piscina. Eu esqueci um item no quarto quando fiz o check out. Escfevi um email no dia seguinte pedindo para eles guardarem para mim pois eu iria retornar a Firenze depois. Eles me responderam que nçao encontraram nada. Nunca se ofereceram para procurar, nunca se desculparam. A recepção é gentileza e cortesia zero.
