sadly disappointed, could have been nicer.
Pros:

loved the location, really clean, room service everyday!, most of the staff was really nice friendly and helpful. bed comfortable, nice for a short stay

Cons:

first of all we booked a room with mountain/garden view: not there at all!! should really delete the description! you just see the other hotel next to you including there nice pool, and they can see in your room. also we had different expectations for the pathio, it is just a table infront of the hotel on the terrace (not private not calme).
we talked to the staff about this problems and they did not at all cooperate and try to understand or find a solution. it felt like she didn't care at all and this was really disappointing!
next, the AC was a disaster. you had to climb on the only chair in the room to turn it on/or off even in the dark night. it had just one option (highest speed) and it blew directly in our face! also the electricity (fridge, ac) does not work without the key of the room, so it turns off once you leave your room.
additionally the electricity of the whole hotel went OUT several times a day (for 10-60 min)!! a warning at the check-in would have been nice, since they explained this happens more often. Especially since the water stopped running as well!!
furthermore the shower flooded the whole bathroom and it was halthway broken. there are literally NO hangers for towels or clothing in the whole room! just two in the cabin which makes it IMPOSSIBLE to let you dry your towles and bikini after the beach and shower!

we booked a parking space (you have to pay for) beforehand our arrival, but we did not have a fix spot. we also needed to give away our key to the reception, in case they need to move our car (cause it was blocking another one). seemed really unorganized and sketchy. it was a real small parking lot and just really stressful for the guests.
also the nights can be loud, since there is a club infront of the hotel and maybe some loud neighbors.
all in all it could have been a nice stay, but there was a lack of communication and the owner could have been more understanding.

Buena ubicación pero muchos apagones
Pros:

Está bien situado, justo al lado de la playa aunque implica sufrir bastante jaleo por la noche, pero bueno una cosa por otra. Tienen parking en el propio hotel lo cual es una tranquilidad. El desayuno está bien.

Cons:

No se si es lo normal, pero estuvimos tres días y los tres hubo apagones de luz, con la consiguiente pérdida de wifi, de aire acondicionado y de nevera. Hizo que la estancia fuera bastante incomoda ya que se iba la luz todas las tardes más de cinco veces. Un rollo.

Amazing hospitality and excellent location
Pros:

The owner and her mother are excellent. Amazing hospitality and follow up. The breakfast was great and overall very warm vibe. The location of the hotel is fantastic and cannot get better if staying in Sarande. Would happily visit again

Pobyt ogólnie bardzo udany, gdyby nie brak basenu nie mam większych zastrzeżeń do miejsca naszego pobytu.
Pros:

Czystość i lokalizacja, super dźwiękoszczelne okno balkonowe, mimo ciągłej całonocnej imprezy która ma miejsce w klubie-dyskotece, dosłownie naprzeciwko hotelu w pokoju nie było nic słychać.

Cons:

Monotonne śniadania bez żadnych zmian oraz wielu produktów takich jak wędliny czy sery. Kilka niedociągnięć w pokoju, jak odpływ wody skraplającej się z klimatyzacji wprowadzony do butelki po 5 litrowym płynie i ciągle przelewającej się wodzie, co powoduje chodzenie po mokrym balkonie. Mały prysznic i lejąca się woda z deszczownicy i prysznica jednocześnie

am Samstag gab es ein großes Buffet. Sonst verschiedene a la cart Frühstücke. Personal extrem Hilsbereit und Freundlich. Sehr gute Lage in der Stadt. Gratis Upgrad auf Balkon Zimmer. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Man hört den Nachtclub schon, uns hat es allerdings nicht gestört
