Excelente, voltaria cá! Muito atenciosos, preocupados com o bem estar dos clientes, principalmente a rececionista
Pros:

a atenção ao cliente, perguntavam sempre se estava tudo bem, se dormimos bem, se precisamos de alguns coisa. Mesmo com uma discoteca em frente não se sente barulho.

Hotel MS is one of the best hotels among those ones where I stayed earlier and it deserves rate 10.
Pros:

Breakfast and location were great! Staff was very friendly and responsive, especially their manger Evisa. It is one of the best hotels among many that I stayed before.

Cons:

WiFi was slow on the weekend.

Excelente localização super próximo da praia e do "centro" da cidade, funcionários muito atenciosos, foram flexíveis no nosso checkin, o que nos ajudou muito!

Pros:

Very clean, nice sea view, wonderful location close to the center and close to very nice beaches, and bus stops. The owners and staff are very kind, hospitable and helpful. Will definitely come back here when I come to Sarandë.

I'll maybe consider coming back, it was nice.
Pros:

Everything, staff was nice, breakfast had variety of options you can choose from a menu. Tasty. It was very clean and they cleaned the room every day. Very nice sunset view. Very close to walking boulevard like 5 mins, and very close to the public beach and private beaches. Don't underestimate the Hera restaurant they make fresh delicious food.

Cons:

Some things might be ok for someone, but for me they weren't.
There were no flip flops on the room.
Bathroom when taking shower was flooded with water so you must take flip flops.
There was a towel for the bathroom which they changed everyday.
Night club nearby, loud music, if you are tired you won't feel it haha.
AC, everything about AC, the keycard was attached to the room key, when you leave room, no AC was working and also the AC didn't had super blow which makes the room to cool for a good amount of time.
AC blows directly to my face when sleeping which us a BIG NO for me, but still managed it to kinda fix it.

Buen desayuno con opciones para elegir.
El personal super amable y dispuesto a ayudar con todo.
Volvería a hospedarme en este hotel sin dudas, recomiendo mucho!

La ducha tiene poco espacio y si o si se moja el baño.
Es lo único que cambiaría, lo demás excelente.

Chambre très bien avec vue sur la mer. Bonne literie. Bon petit déjeuner.
Très bien. Un plus, le parking et la proximité de la promenade en bord de mer.

Il vaut mieux choisir une chambre sur cour si vous êtes sensible au bruit de boîte de nuit juste en face jusqu'à 4h du matin...
