I have never felt so unsafe in a hotel in my life. We booked 2 nights for early move-in for our daughter at UD, and our usual hotel, the Courtyard by Marriott, was unavailable when I booked the Baymont. I looked at its location across from the stadium, and thought, "How bad could it be, that close to campus...". When we checked in, there was a woman with three black trash bags, in the lobby, pacing back and forth and talking to herslf, with VERY minimal clothing on. There were large groups of people in the parking lot next to the hotel just milling about. That should have been our first two red flags. After checking in, we left for hours to move in all of her stuff into the dorm, returning around 11:00pm. The woman with the bags was now out in the parking lot. We made our way to our basic, "just ok" room. By time my husband and daughter fell asleep, I was hearing rumblings on our floor outside of our door. By 2 am, there was a strong weed smell, partying, and knocking on doors (not ours, but next to us). By 4 am, the partying had turned into yelling and fighting. By 5 am, the poepe next door to us were screaming, banging things, pounding on the door to their room, and other fighting was occuring in the hall. In the parking lot, two women were screaming at each other for hours below our room, from around 3:30 to 5:30am. By 7am, I woke my husband up and told him there was no way we were staying there a second night, like we had booked (he and my daughter were EXHAUSTED from moving all of her stuff in, and I didn't have the heart to wake them during the "festivities" over night). We looked again and the Courtyard had a room that night (THANK GOD). We couldn't get out of there fast enough - and just chalked the $225 for the second night, up to a loss, for our sanity and safety.

The sheets were dirty the blanket also. When I said something about it, they stated that it’s white that’s the cleanest is gonna get. I’m still waiting for my deposit to come back and it’s been over a week.

The amount of money I spent on ONE NIGHT at this establishment was $2 MORE than what I was charged for a stay elsewhere for Friday to Monday (3 nights) which is absurd especially when the wifi wasnt included even.

Die extreme Unhöflichkeit und Unfreundlichkeit des Personals! Keiner hat auch nur ein einziges Mal gegrüßt, bei einer Nachfrage an der Abendrezeption wurde nicht einmal geantwortet.
Keine Zimmerreinigung, angeblich nur auf Anfrage, was beim Einchecken aber nicht mitgeteilt wurde und trotz Beantragung am 3. Tag wurde nichts gemacht.

The older lady at the front desk had a bad attitude during check- in then we ask can we have a late check in she said the latest check in was 11:30 and the called our room and when I told her we where told 11:30 she said who said that in a not so nice tone so we rushed out because it felt uncomfortable
