A great hotel in the heart of the city
Pros:

Loved the location. The room was clean, had everything we needed, a huge bed and considering we were in the heart of London and it was bustling you couldn’t hear a thing from outside.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pros:

At first Big Thanks to the staff at Thistle Piccadilly they were so comforting,nice and helpful.
what i like is Location,you can reach to all the nice attraction at walking distance,then room, nice big and Quiet for three people and Amenits in room and bath. Complimentary drinks in fridge was top Thanks and keep this on. Bath was excellent, big and clean.internet was good too.

Cons:

i wont say i don't like. but breakfast could do better, it was good but but more option could be better.
Smart tv did not work properly such as Netflix or YouTube should be easy to use.

מיקום מרכזי ונוח

Cons:

חדרים קטנים מאוד חלונות שלא ניתן לפתוח וכשהיגענו הטמפרטורות בלןנדון היו 32 מעלות והודיעו לנו שהמזגן בחדר מקולקל . לאחר שלא הסכמנו לקבל את החדר והתעקשנו מאוד היות והיגענו עם עוד שני זוגות הסכימו למצוא לנו חדר חלופי . בסוף התברר לנו מאןרחים נוספין שקומ. שלמה במלון המיזוג לא פעל .
מחיר לחדר היה כ 420 ליש ובהחלט לכ ראוי לקבל שירות כזה . גם ארוחת הבוקר הייתה דלה מאוד .

Cons:

Booking was done based on internet research and the photo's of the visual aspect of the hotel, only to find when we got there it was under construction and I was not notified, looked absolutely terrible, wont go back.

habitaciones un poco desactualizadas , para un hotel de esa categoría ni siquiera ponen en la habitación una botella de agua . Caro en relación calidad -precio.

Rooms with no AC. Terrible experience
Pros:

Location was great and the room was clean and confortable

Cons:

Staff took advantage that my parents didn't speak English and gave them 2 rooms with no AC. They tried to communicate saying they could wait for a different room with AC but they said they would install one. They installed some noisy fans that kept the room hot the same way. I even called twice and they said they no longer had rooms with AC. Also one out of 2 elevators was broken, we stayed there twice with a week between the stays and when we came back it was still broken.
