Rooms with no AC. Terrible experience
Pros:

Location was great and the room was clean and confortable

Cons:

Staff took advantage that my parents didn't speak English and gave them 2 rooms with no AC. They tried to communicate saying they could wait for a different room with AC but they said they would install one. They installed some noisy fans that kept the room hot the same way. I even called twice and they said they no longer had rooms with AC. Also one out of 2 elevators was broken, we stayed there twice with a week between the stays and when we came back it was still broken.

La suite junior au second étage, avec la salle de bain dont la porte fenêtre est vue sur la rue ! Payer si cher une suite pour cela est scandaleux
