Jungle-Strand-Luxus für uns!
Pros:

Traumhafter Ort, die Bungalows sind wunderschön in den Jungle eingefügt und ein absolutes Highlight mit dem Blick auf Palmen und Strand und Meer und der Dusche mit Ausblick. Alles sehr sauber und hochwertig und liebevoll verarbeitet. Das Personal ist äusserst umsichtig, die kostenlosen Kayaks und SUP ein richtiges Plus und mit dem Restaurant muss man wirklich keine Ausflüge machen (witzigerweise machen andere Touristen Ausflüge an diesen Strand... wir waren Anfang der Nebensaison da, da war kaum Betrieb, teilweise hatten wir den Strand für uns allein - unglaublich schön). Abends sind wir mit dem SUP 50 Meter raus aufs Meer gepaddelt und in der Biolumineszenz geschwommen.

Cons:

Ohne Auto ist es sehr schwer anzureisen (wir mussten am Ende eines mieten, um zum Pick-Up-Punkt des Boots zu kommen). Mit Auto aber kein Problem!

Excelente!!
Pros:

O lugar é maravilhoso!! Fica numa praia que só se chega de barco (5 minutos do estacionamento de carros), praia essa pequena, água quente, tranquila e transparente. Ficamos somente dois dias e foi excelente!!

Cons:

Como as praias na Costa Rica são públicas, no dia da chegada era um sábado e tinham vários barcos com pessoas que foram passar o dia na praia, mas bem tranquilo.

Las instalaciones comunes nos encantaron, con un estilo rústico pero muy bien diseñado y cuidado. Las playa es hermosa y el mar muy tranquilo. La experiencia que te ofrece Los Vivos es maravillosa.

Cons:

Algunas filtraciones en el piso de la cabaña permiten el ingreso de insectos al interior. Deberían cuidar la hermeticidad o sellado de la habitacion. No obstante, el alojamiento superó nuestras expectativas.

A trap in Dreamland
Pros:

The location is amazing. The beach is absolutely fantastic with warm waters.

The hotel is located on an isolated part of Costa Rica which is nice for those who want to get away from noisy places.

The restaurant offers a nice food menu and the local staff was nice.

Cons:

When we arrived at the hotel, the owners were having a party with lots of loud music, awful barbecue smokes everywhere. We understand this was for a birthday party, although their indecent attitudes (smoking, drinking, shouting) was really not pleasant to see for people like us that just wanted to discover Costa Rica and get in touch with authentic experiences. None of this aligned with what we were looking for, which is a pity cause the area is beautiful.

The isolation of the hotel makes it mandatory to stay in the resort for everything. The hotel is only accessible by boat and you need to pay to get back to the other side where our car is parked. That means we we were stuck at the hotel, even for the food, and the restaurant was dramatically expensive (about 175$ for 3 plain meals and very few drinks)

The room had no decoration at all, very simple. For the price we paid, we had hoped to get something a bit more pleasant. There was no fridge nor water in the rooms. We even had to pay for the drinkable waters, and we only knew at the end of our stay that a free water fountain was available. We were not aware of this.

We wanted to get rid of this place from the start.

Deux jours à Los Vivos dans le cadre de deux semaines au Costa Rica
Pros:

L’isolement de l’établissement qui permet une déconnexion totale. La chambre était également très bien. L’établissement a des partenariats avec plusieurs organisateurs d’excursions qui permettent une multitude d’excursions.

Cons:

Les prix étaient fort élevés. Exemple, le cocktail à 10.000 colons. De cette façon, l’établissement prend un peu les hôtes en otage car le seul moyen d’accéder à l’hôtel se fait par bateau (qui est payant en dehors du check-in et du check-out). Il ne faut non plus négliger la manutention des bagages pour arriver à l’hôtel surtout si on réalise un trip de plusieurs semaines. En effet, il faut laisser sa voiture sur le parking d’un camping à proximité de l’embarcadère.

Der Ort die Lage und das. Personal wie auch das Essen ausnehmend gut. Bett sehr in Ordnung., „ ein Naturschauplatz der Seinesgleichen sucht…!!!

Cons:

Das Zimmer sehr karg ausgestattet , keine Ablagemöglichkeiten, bzw Tisch und Stühle. Schlechte Dämmung der Decke, sehr laute Tritte vom darüberliegenden Zimmer , ohne Oropax schlafen nicht möglich..!!! Am frühen Nachmittag mit Partybooten überflutet mit unglaublich schlechter Musik und unzumutbar laut. Diese Gruppen feiern am Strand, okkupieren die Hotelsttrandeinrichtungen und hinerlassen dann und wann Unrat..
Das Personal hat sichtlich Stress diese Aktionen einer geordneten und für die Hotelgäste passende Ordnung zu bringen…
