設備も立地もスタッフの方のご対応も、大変素晴らしかったです★
氷をストックしておくアイスペールまで快くお貸しいただき感謝しております！

Cons:

バスルームの換気がやや悪く、ドライヤーもややボリュームが小さくて髪を乾かしにくかったです
また氷をストックしておけるミニクーラーボックスなどの貸し出しもしていただけたら最高でした

Pros:

駅近で便利なだけでなく、お部屋のベッドも大きいため広く感じました。（お風呂も足が伸ばせる広さでした。）
清掃も行き届いていて、アメニティも充実しているので安心！個人的にヘアアイロンやカールドライヤーの貸し出しがあるのがありがたかったです。
スタッフの方も皆様とても優しく丁寧でした。
夜中に虫が出た際も、すぐに駆け付けて対応してくださり大変助かりました。ありがとうございました。
また神戸に来る際は利用したいです。

駅から近い。部屋がキレイ。コスメが貰える。美顔器の貸し出しあり、お得感満載。

Cons:

窓の外のベランダ？で隣とつながっている。窓を開けてはいけないので問題ないが、少し心配。外観が隣のビルだった。
