Would stay again provided a lower floor location is available.
Pros:

Staff was helpful and responsive. Location near Central Station. And on a quiet canal.

Cons:

Our room was on the top floor requiring a spiral staircase to access the room. We did not know this in advance. Fortunately, a member of the staff volunteered to assist me without my request .

Un très beau séjour dans un lieu plein de charme, idéalement situé et très confortable.
Pros:

Superbe localisation proche de la gare et sur les canaux. Magnifique bâtisse à l’architecture type. Chambre spacieuse, moderne et bien équipée. Bonne communication.

Cons:

Il manque un petit bureau dans la chambre 7, cela rendrait la chambre encore plus fonctionnelle. La digitalisation de la réception est très bien faite, mais cela ne remplace pas la chaleur humaine.

Excellent house, staff were very good. Had a nice stay.
Pros:

Nice house, room was a good size overlooking the canal. Good location for exploring

Cons:

The only downside was the noise of other guests coming and going. I appreciate not much can be done about that and it didn’t ruin our stay but I didn’t sleep very well due to this.

Memorable and would recommend
Pros:

The location was superb. The room was characterful, and included a spa bath. The bedding was crispy white and clean. Also, Tony’s chocolates were a lovely surprise!

Excellent location and comfortable room but be aware of only steep, narrow winding steps to get to room

Convenient to train station. Lovely view of canal

Cons:

Walking up winding , steep stairs. Luggage storage in outside enclosed place but it was raining so a pain to get in/out. Perhaps I missed the messaging about stairs only. Make it more noticeable before people book
