La localización está super cerca de la estación central, la recepcionista super amable, traíamos mucho equipaje y nos dejo en piso de abajo para no subir por la escaleras, eso fue excelente! El cuarto super bien y con aire acondicionado.

Pros:

Location was excellent. Check-in and lockers for luggage are very convenient and simple. Bathroom was very nice. Exterior was beautiful.

Cons:

I did not realize that we would be on the top floor with a nice view of the canals, but for two almost 70-year-olds it was a bit of a challenge getting up and down the stairs with a suitcase. But we are very active and do a lot of hiking so we stepped up to the challenge. Have to love the lockers on the bottom floor, because we could leave our larger suitcase in it overnight. The only downside of our room was trying not to hit the TV when walking around to the other side of the bed.

Great location but average place
Pros:

Nice room, amazing location, very quiet

Cons:

I was expecting a view on the canal and charm but the room was at the ground floor on the back with no usable window, it felt a bit stuffy

Fantastic comfy stay in a great location
Pros:

The location is excellent. We stayed in a quadruple room which was really spacious. The shower was fantastic and the beds were so so comfy. Air con was great.

Cons:

Our room was on the ground floor right next to the check in screen and stairs so it was a bit loud. I would recommend taking some ear plugs.

Room was ok but because of the bathroom I would not recommend staying here.
Pros:

The location was excellent. The bedroom itself was a good size and comfortable

Cons:

The bathroom was atrocious and painful. The wall tiles were dark, no toilet roll holder, no towel rails or hooks so you could not hang the towels anywhere. The lighting was so dim made it difficult to shave or do makeup. No exhaust fan.

We were in room 1 so at times very noisy. Had to ask for extra an extra cup and coffee/tea supplies.

There were no instructions oh how to use the tv.

Virtual receptionist is a gimmick, not really 24/7 if you need something
