Pros:

Location is good. Apartment is clean.

Cons:

We arrived at the hotel late in the evening. The lady at the reception gave us a very cold and unwelcoming reception. It felt as if we shouldn’t have come at all.

The apartment was cold and lacked any warm or cozy atmosphere. For me and my three children, there were only two pillows and two blankets. There were no extra pillows or blankets available. We were freezing during our stay.

In the morning, we were woken up twice by someone ringing our doorbell. It turned out to be another guest who had gone to the wrong apartment.

The breakfast was average—nothing special. The most unacceptable part was the check-out policy. On Booking.com, it clearly states that check-out is from 12:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. However, the receptionist told us we had to leave by 10:00 a.m. and that the latest they could allow us to stay was until 10:30 a.m. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.

We couldn’t wait to leave.

Overall, it was good
Pros:

Most of the staff were vert nice (the reception, dining and the drivers)

Cons:

Only one full bathroom for 2 bedroom apartment. For a family, it's not convenient. We had to wait for each other to take a shower. The breakfast buffet was limited ( vert minimum selections). The housekeeping staff need some training on how to properly clean the apartments.

Fantastisch verblijf in Sarajevo. Ik kom hier zeker terug.
Pros:

- Locatie, lekker rustig boven op een heuvel. Maar dichtbij genoeg om overal naartoe te lopen.
- De lieve en hulpvaardige staff. Fantastische, lieve en warme mensen die je overal bij willen assisteren. Op 1 vrouw na. Die was uiterst onbehulpzaam en ronduit onbeschoft. Over die ene heb ik geklaagd en dit is direct opgepakt door het management.
- fijn keukentje, fijne badkamer met regendouche, fijne bedden
- schoon en hygiënisch
- heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet
- Mooi, relatief modern hotel.
- Uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding

Cons:

- die ene dame achter de receptie waar ik dus over heb geklaagd.
- dekens waren erg klein. Zelfs kleiner dan een eenpersoonsdekentje. Nog nooit zoiets gezien, en ook niet erg handig op een tweepersoonsbed.

الغرف صغيرة وتحتاج الى ترميم الباركيه تالف لا يوجد ضيافه قهوه ماء الغلايه يوجد بها ترسبات املاح ليست نظيفه الفطور محدود ووقت الخروج الساعه 10 صباحاً

EV töltést írtak de valahová át kellet volna menni díj ellenében, miközben a városban több ingyenes lehetőség is van, ezért nem használtuk..

Sarajevo in moto..
Pros:

L'albergo è moderno con (per me irrinunciabile) parcheggio privato coperto per la moto. Camera molto spaziosa e confortevole con un bagno enorme. A circa 1,5km dal centro di Sarajevo raggiungibile con 20/25min di camminata oppure via taxi.
Da consigliare per Sarajevo in moto...
