We loved our stay, the hotel and staff were great
Pros:

The location was perfect, the staff were very friendly. The view from our balcony was breathtaking.

Nice location!
Pros:

Location is very nice on the promenade and close to the Queen studio experience. The hotel is large and rooms are good with the balcony opening to the lake is beautiful (we did get upgraded!). FOr a change, a hotel in Europe on this trip where AC worked!

Cons:

Not having kettle in each room was disappointing. First night, we did notget one as there was a large group earlier which had taken all kettles available. This is a basic expected of a hotel like this. Breakfast location is nice but options are limited for vegetarians. But it is fair enough to do the job for a basic breakfast.

Traumhafte Aussicht und herzlicher Service am Genfersee
Pros:

Wir wurden im Hôtel Eden Palace au Lac in Montreux sehr freundlich empfangen und durften unsere E-Bikes in einem Gepäckraum unterstellen, wo sie sicher aufgehoben waren. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass wir direkt über die Strasse zum See gehen konnten, um zu baden. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Zwar hat das Hotel eine etwas gehobene Preisklasse – so haben wir für ein Frappé zehn Franken bezahlt und für einen normalen Drink fünfzehn Franken. Unser Hotelzimmer war wunderbar gelegen, mit einer herrlichen Aussicht und einem schönen Balkon, der zum Verweilen einlud.

Cons:

Man sieht der Fassade und auch den Sonnenrollos zwar an, dass das Haus in die Jahre gekommen ist, doch das Zimmer selbst war sehr sauber und gepflegt eingerichtet. Die Möbel mögen etwas älter sein, wurden aber sehr gut in Schuss gehalten.
