I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Todo, el personal atento, sr anticipan a tus necesidades, limpieza muy buena, aunque el desayuno es basico pero muy rico, el personal de recepcion y el administrador por iniciativa de ellos nos cedieron una habitscion mas a costo 0, viendo que iba ser invokodo para tres personas, de ellos salio de darnos una habitacion, en realidad agradecido pot todas sus atenciones y son estos pequeños detalñes que hacen regresar al hotel y sobre todo a volver a visitar turquia.
Nada, todo era bueno.

The only reason I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel was one staff member, Adnan — he was absolutely the best.
When I checked in, the staff first gave me a room underground which was dark, and I personally have difficulty sleeping underground. I went back to reception and spoke with the staff. They told me to contact the manager, and the manager explained that I had supposedly booked an economy room, which is why I was given that room. However, before booking I carefully checked the room pictures on Booking.com, and the room I received did not match the pictures shown online.
The manager then said it would be possible to change rooms if I paid an extra 20 euros, and I agreed. However, when I returned to reception, another staff member told me I had to pay 60 euros instead, even though I had already paid 168 euros for three nights.
I did not agree with that, and when I mentioned contacting Booking.com, Adnan stepped in and arranged another room upstairs for me without any extra charge.
The hotel owner is lucky to have staff like him, because without him the hotel would definitely not be worth the money.
Another disappointing thing was that I booked this hotel because Booking.com showed that the hotel had a gym available, but when I asked the staff, they told me the gym was currently unavailable.
Overall, this was my worst hotel experience, except for Adnan who was professional, helpful, and genuinely kind.
