Cons:

we booked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and we can just cross the bridge. However, they had to close it due to some renovations. they provided shuttle as alternative. Overall, it was very good.

Airport hotel refurbishment only advised once booked and paid for

For what we needed location was excellent.

Cons:

The closure of the footbridge connection to the hotel from Don Muang airport.
The temporary breakfast room (even understanding there is refurbishment underway the facility was too small for guest comfort.
Breakfast quality was disappointing.

Above & beyond expectations
Pros:

The Hospitality from the team at the front desk & bag delivery personnel was excellent. Great value for money leads willing to help in any way.

Cons:

I look forward to the completion of the hotel upgrades. The future looks promising.

Pros:

Very good breakfast. Nice room.

Cons:

On the Booking site, I saw no mention of the closed bridge from hotel to airport. The bridge was the major advantage to staying there.

Good location, great staff

Cons:

I prepaid for breakfast, but was informed when I got here that they do not have restaurant facilities. Instead, I’m just given credit at a Starbucks on site. This is bait and switch.

A must if you want to stay near the airport .
Pros:

We regularly stay here. Despite the refurbishment everything went perfectly . There was nothing that disappointed. Perfect for the airport in every way .
