Good value, good facilities.
Some areas getting a bit tired including the pool and room bathrooms.
Very good food choices.
The sauna and swiping pool are clean.
The staff are nice.
Sofa beds are terrible even for kids.
It was close to a party we were going to
Reception staff very poor. Two men just kept saying they were not trained. Massive queue of customers but no staff there who could help. Breakfast was really poor. Lots of missing items from cooked breakfast and both coffee machines broken.
Good Breakfast, courteous staff and ample parking space.
1) Room looked rustic with paint not done well as there were clear areas marked which needed to be painted.
2) Spider with Cob webs in the toilet (above the soap dispenser)
3) Broken flush which I had to rework each time after a flush.
4) Bed sheets were shabby and never changed during the stay.
Convenient location near the motorway and nice with fitness room and swimming pool for the kids. We really enjoyed that part. We had a little trouble with the room, but it was resolved quickly by the personnel. I can recommend hotel, but not family room.
We booked a family room for 4 people with two kids (11 and 14). The room had a sleeping couch for the kids, which we had tried in another hotel. But this couch had barely enough room for one person! The two kids couldn’t fit, so I took one of the spaces on the couch. The couch was really uncomfortable to sleep on, as it was very worn out and bended a lot in the middle. I am normally not sensitive, but this was horrible. Would not recommend family room.

The room wasn't the the comfiest with the pull out sofa bed, but worked for what we needed it for and the staff were very helpful to resolve this

Bright green light in the bedroom kept us awake. Room was disabled one and had limited shelf space. No beer in the bar except expensive bottles
The door handle was broken off I. Bathroom and there was no towel hook on door . The bedside lamp did not work

It was exactly what I was after for a single night. The check in and check out were quick, the room was clean, and plenty of space to park.
