Great hotel but mattresses need changed.
Pros:

Central location is perfect, decor is great. Staff were attentive.

Cons:

The bed was extremely hard, couldn’t get to sleep and when I finally did I kept waking up with sore sides because how firm the mattress was. We never got back to the hotel till after 1am so I didn’t think to contact guest services for a mattress topper, I only found this out today after reading other reviews.

Pros:

Staff very pleasant and helpful

Cons:

The price I paid, to be sleeping on what you could describe as a brick wall, paying for parking, breakfast and dinner way too expensive

5 star experience
Pros:

Stayed here a few times simply because of the ease to drive to and close to town havent always been delighted with everything but this was by far the best visit yet. the room was perfect and not too hot and it had a fan in the room. All staff we interacted with were polite and friendly. Tom was very pleasant and helpful at reception. No complaints we were very happy with our stay.
