The property is right in the best spot in the city perfect to get anywhere. Rooms are clean and decoration is fresh through out.
Having to have ac big step up to get into the bath to shower, it felt dangerous. The cleaners banging and rubbing their trolleys up and down the corridor at 6am. No fridge or water in the room.
Didn’t have breakfast as our time was restricted and we wanted to visit the leisure club as well before checkout so opted for leisure club. Location handy for transport and theatre etc
Would have liked checkout extended do we could have had breakfast after our swim
Great breakfast. Welcome cookie (warm) a nice touch
Pool and changing rooms a little dated compared to rest of hotel
Everything
Nothing
As usual breakfast was excellent staff friendly and helpful.
Being the only person at the bar but having to wait nearly 15 mins to be served because both bar staff were making cocktails.
Facilities, room and staff are great
Pool a bit small and a bit on the warm side but that’s not really a big deal
Sauchiehall street definitely needs some investment but not much the hotel can do about that
i stay at this hotel about 8 times a year or more . it’s clean and comfortable and located good .
the £20 early check in fee even 1 hour early is a lot . the room is all ready ready.
it puts me off staying again
Large comfortable beds! Good location, plus easy access to the motorway. Room was quiet.
The gym facilities and powerful shower
Noisy. Beds are uncomfortable
The Doubletree by Hilton is a strange and a good hotel, better than a Premier Inn, not quite the Dakota, but at this price point it's worth it if you're looking for something in that range. Clean, very comfy bed, reasonably quiet within the rooms with an excellent restaurant appended. Every member of staff I talked to was helpful and courteous, the restaurant staff were outstanding actually.
It's Premier Inn plus if that makes sense, not a lot of soul, but who cares when there's a fast lift. Breakfast is a little mediocre, but the haggis and scrambled eggs were both excellent, and i had it down to a fine art by the second of four mornings.
