The staff
No wash cloths but I found out that was the case in every hotel we stayed at in Scotland.
The staff at Cask & Clyde were exceptionable. We truly enjoyed Gayle. The pool was very nice.
Where was the mini bar for clients needing their insulin. This is something that needs to be addressed as a medical concern.

Central location. Entrance lovely. Reception staff friendly. Cookies a treat. Loved the toiletries nice quality conditioner. Water lovely and hot for a bath.
I just thought the price of parking was a bit high. The room service was excellent east to order etc but the plate was a bit bare. The bottles of coke are tiny for price. There’s not enough mild for coffee them pots are far too small. There was no plastic bag in bin. There were no hankies in bathroom. The hairdryer fitment doesn’t fit the hairdryer. I’d of liked ice and water dispenser nearby. The seat at the desk was broken and I nearly fell over sitting in it I leaned back and it toppled over. There was still old water in the kettle.
