Services complets
Localisation idéale pour une nuit de déplacments mais trop éloigné de la ville pour permettre de la visiter
Clean spacious rooms, friendly staff, nice swimming pool & sauna.
Clean and good location
Pool and gym close really early
Plenty of parking spaces. Nice reception, lobby, restaurant, pool and spa area (sauna and steam rooms are great, they’re actually really hot unlike some places, even first thing in the morning). Decent sized standard double room and bathroom. Staff all decent, friendly and welcoming too. Easy check in and out.
Got a mixed grill in the restaurant and the rump steak has improved since I last ate here a while ago.
Food was good and the Guinness was nice (although served in a boddingtons glass)
Fantastic coastal walks and sea view, only a short distance away.
Good location. Short drive or taxi ride to town. Easy Access to by-pass A90 & A92.
Additional pay to park (although not expensive, it’s the principle). Car park is full of potholes and I wouldn’t say it’s secure.
Pillows were hard with no give, just very firm.
Changing rooms being refurbished so had to use another room with no lockers - nothing explaining what was happening or where to leave personal belongings or anything to say to leave in room.
No hooks in shower area to hang towels for coming out the shower.
Room as always,
This £25 damage fee gives the impression you do not trust your guests. From conversation, I understand you charge a significant amount more if if a room has been smoked in. That is what I was told when I protested against this charge, I think it's unfair you chose to discriminate people who use booking.com and other platforms, but not all platforms, help me out, why?
Welcome to guests and return guests should revert back to a hello, welcome or frankly any greeting rather than sulen faces and silence,
I have written many many positive reviews on this property, I do not find this one a pleasure. You have a more detailed review sent direct
The room was extremely comfortable and clean , large bed and the restaurant was great for a lone traveller , plenty of room to work and staff sat me in a position that was easy being on my own 🥰
Car park was not a great standard compared with hotel and the extra charge for staying overnight unnecessary
Looks 70's from outside but very 21st century from the inside.
Beautiful furnitures in room, modern bathroom with plenty of hot water with good pressure, confy bed, nice carpet, lovely modernised Hotel.
