Children under the age of 5 enjoy breakfast free of charge. For children between 6 and 12 years old, breakfast costs GBP 5. For children 17 years old, breakfast costs GBP 12.
Prices are per child per day.
Please note children are welcome to use the leisure facilities, but those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The adult must be in the pool with them and a maximum of two children per adult.
Pool opening times for children under 16 are Monday – Thursday 07:00 – 19:30, Friday – Sunday unlimited.
Access to the Health Club and swimming pool are complimentary but not guaranteed, if the pool is at capacity.
Please note last entry to the Health & Leisure club is one hour before closing.
Children's meals are not included, and additional charges apply, payable to the hotel directly.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Fantastic family hotel ..breakfast was amazing .staff helpful and friendly.food was fantastic .Kids breakfast second to none.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the business I was visiting, with some lovely walking routes accessible from the rear of the property.
The hotel also has a well-equipped gym. The staff are friendly, and both check-in and check-out are efficient and hassle-free.
I could feel the springs in my bed and i had to request another topper!
I requested a quiet room - was given room 113 this is adjacent to a busy road
The windows are not double glazed and consequently you hear the traffic
The breakfast was for the majortiy self serve and was luke warm with cheap ingredients
The shower must have been 200 psi - this is wasteful and was difficult to use
The car park is chargeable
I have emailed the hotel about my experience and i have not received a reply.
I have stayed here several times and this time was probably one of my worse experiences
Bed was comfortable.
For the price of the executive king room, I would have expected it to be nicer/bigger and cleaner than it was. There was mould all around the bath.
Certain parts of the room felt dated. There was only 2 pillows in the room and when asked at reception, we were told there was no extra pillows available, which is hard to believe.
Breakfast wasn't great, the options were extremely limited due to things not being topped up. We went in at 10am, and there was no fruit juice, no sausages, bacon or pastry items. We were there for 30 minutes waiting on things being topped up, then gave up and left.
Comfortable but fairly basic hotel. Great for workers visiting the local industry.
Fair way out of town with limited transportation
The staff were very helpful and efficient and the leisure facilities provided excellent also brilliant breakfast service .

Room large clean tea water in room - spa- jacuzzi for kids 12 yo as well .
Buffet breakfast not enough food - waiting time for eggs . Juices were squash - Yogurt not real. can improve quality. Dinner menu has been same everyday. Not much option for vegetarian food.

I found the restaurant expensive.
We had quite a long wait for the kids' pizzas to come out after our food had been delivered.
At breakfast, I asked for veggie sausages (as per the sign), and they eventually came out, cold. They took them away, presumably to make them again, but after 40 mins I'd finished the rest of my breakfast, so left.
So we went into the room it was freezing. It was meant to be a double room. The bed was a very, very small double we then went down to the bar which was absolutely bolt cold we actually didn't stay in it. We took her drink up to the room so disappointing because I have stayed at that hotel several times before for Fashion Show events and had no complaints I had a huge big double room and it was only me at that time and not my partner with me and the bar was lovely and warm as was the rest of the hotel so yes disappointing This time. It isn't a handy location with the car parking but I have noticed us now they have started charging for parking which they never did before which given that it's out of the town area and that is a huge big car park. I think it is a bit cheeky of them to start charging people. The staff were okay.
