Location
Guest Reviews
Quiet clean rooms with blackout curtains, chairs and tables in reception area with available microwave and free coffee, laundry machines at a reasonable price, controlled access in elevator, close to 7/11, McDonalds, and local restaurants. 20 min walk from the chaos of central Shibuya and safe to walk at any time of day or night, or 5 mins from a metro station direct to Shibuya.
Rooms are very small with little space for any luggage.
Conveniently located near Shibuya Station without being in the centre of the chaos.
Good services and amenities, and staff were very courteous and generally helpful.
When forwarding my luggage to my next location, the front desk had me fill out the waybill myself. Not a problem for me personally but I imagine this would be challenging for non-Japanese speakers.
This is a great hotel, location wise. However, the rooms are a bit small. For the price point, I think there are much better deals out there.
It was so clean and refreshing
They had free drinks and ice cream in the lobby which was so good

Hotel was clean and customer service was good. Loved the toiletry options and access to water, ice, and tea or ice cream. The room was very small for two people and was a little crammed but decent for sleep. It's about a 25 min walk to Shibuya scramble and there's a few restaurants in the area
周りにもお店が多く、交通の便も良く、価格を含め満足です。今回２回目の利用でした。
Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and bars, canal and off street walking paths. Close to train station, 1 stop away from Shibuya. Meguro Sky Garden is across the road (accessible via elevator). Bed is comfortable and very clean. The room is small but space in lobby to chill.
Better storage in the room or hooks. Suggest chair that fits under the desk to take up less space or remove it from the room.
Location
Very small rooms
Super emplacement dans un secteur tranquille et à une belle distance de marche des attractions principales de Shibuya.
We love this hotel's cleanlines, easy access, all staff are wonderful.
I wosh room size were little bit bigger.

The staff & facilities were excellent very relaxing , lovely area to stay close to cherry blossoms 🌸 parks & very safe area
We loved our stay at this hotel! The lobby has lots of amenities! We originally booked a room with one bed, but then upgraded to a room with 2 beds- highly recommend the one with 2 beds! The room was nice and spacious and we enjoyed our stay.
Location of the hotel is wonderful. The staff are extremely helpful and speak Japanese and English.
