¡Nos encantó nuestra estancia en The Queen of the Loch! El ambiente es muy agradable y animado, el personal fue súper amable y nos hicieron sentir muy bien desde el primer momento. La habitación era cómoda y perfecta para descansar después de todo el día recorriendo Escocia. Además, la ubicación es ideal para descubrir Balloch y Loch Lomond. También comimos allí y la experiencia fue estupenda. ¡Un sitio con muchísimo encanto al que volveríamos sin dudarlo!

Pros:

Very nice and helpful personel. In the morning miss Natasha was really nice, even thou she was responsible for the check-out and breakfast.

Also it was very quiet.

Cons:

Well, the place is a bit worn out and renovation would help.

There was no toilet brush in the bathroom.

Also, at the check-in, check if you booked your breakfast. We apparently did not, so we had to pay extra.

Vana, televize, rychlovarná konvice, pohodlná postel

Cons:

K maličké varné konvici byly nachystané 2 hrníčky, ale pouze 1 lžička. Chyběla štětka na záchodě. Nebyl žádný mini bar nebo mini lednička na pokoji. Větrák v koupelně nešel zcela vypnout, musela se stáhnout celá ventilace v pokoji na minimum, aby to nebylo tolik slyšet.
