Ideális szállás egy napos vagy akár több hetes pohenéshez is.
Pros:

Minden tökéletes , olajfa ligetek közepén csendes nyugodt helyen, a strand 5 perc sétára. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Egy éjszakát tötöttünk ott, de bármikor visszamennénk.

Sehr ruhige, saubere und schöne Anlage. Nettes zuvorkommendes Personal. Super Frühstück. Tolle Lage mit Nähe zum Strand, zudem Shuttlebus in den Ort. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt.

Una gradevolissima scoperta della costa del Gargano
Pros:

Struttura molto bella , silenziosa , pulitissima, immersa nel verde degli ulivi pugliesi, personale gentilissimo. A due passi dal mare e con una splendida piscina. Più che un hotel sono piccoli appartamenti, di design moderno , estremamente funzionali, con rifiniture molto accurate.

Cons:

La colazione si può migliorare. Ottima la scelta della frutta. La qualità dei prodotti non si discute , alla fine c'è tutto ,sia dolce che salato , però mi è sembrata un po' superficiale , a tratti ripetitiva. Le attrezzature da mantenere un pochino meglio . Il personale addetto molto gentile , disponibile a soddisfare le richieste. Direi che nel complesso con pochi accorgimenti , si può rendere eccellente ed in linea con l'eleganza del resort.

Pros:

Il resort è bellissimo, circondati dal verde e dai meravigliosi ulivi.
Il silenzio e la quiete ti circondano. Un angolo di paradiso, con dei tenerissimi gattini che cercano le tue coccole senza essere invasivi
Colazione ricca e abbondante con tutto il necessario e anche di più, sempre con questa atmosfera rilassante che ti rigenera
Spero di poterci tornare al più presto

Cons:

Non so come siano costruite le palazzine dove si trovano le camere, ma i bagni, che forse sono in un qualche modo comunicanti, non sono insonorizzati.
Comunque dopo un primo stupore sono scattate le risate, per cui niente di che

Bel emplacement, près de la mer, le confort et la gentillesse du personnel

Le petit-déjeuner est complet et correct, mais le manque de savoir-vivre de certains clients qui se servent en excès, souvent pour jeter, pose problème. Le réapprovisionnement n’étant pas toujours assuré, un service encadré permettrait d’éviter ce gaspillage et ces ruptures.

Little oasis in Mattinata!
Pros:

This place is truly sublime: surrounded by olive and fruit trees, swallows soaring overhead, cats roaming freely, the apartment itself, the infinity pool. Magnificent!

The staff is friendly, and since the parking spots are bit far from the accommodations, they offer to carry luggage by golf cart.

The hotel is located less than a 10-minute walk from Mattinata Beach and about a 30-minute walk from the town center. There is also a bus stop next to the hotel that provides access to the town center.

By car, you can easily reach various beaches in the area, such as Spiaggia di Vignanotica and Baia delle Zagare. Approximately 30 minutes away.

I highly recommend this accommodation for a stay in harmony with nature and filled with serenity.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit wunderschönem Pool inmitten von Olivenbäumen. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Die deutschsprachige Mitarbeiterin war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Dieses Service-Niveau haben selten erlebt. Zu 100% zu empfehlen!

Servizio non all’altezza di un 4 stelle

Purtroppo, nonostante la struttura sia classificata come 4 stelle, il livello del servizio non ci è sembrato assolutamente all’altezza della categoria.

In particolare, la colazione è stata piuttosto deludente: mancavano piatti e tazze e, arrivando alle 9:00, i cornetti erano già terminati. I tavoli non erano adeguatamente puliti e preparati per i nuovi ospiti.

Particolarmente negativa la situazione del seggiolone per bambini, che abbiamo trovato in condizioni igieniche davvero al limite, sporco di cioccolato e residui di pasta. Un aspetto che riteniamo inaccettabile soprattutto per una struttura di questa categoria.

Anche il servizio bar è risultato estremamente lento, con tempi di attesa decisamente eccessivi.

Per quanto riguarda la camera, la pulizia generale era discreta, ma abbiamo riscontrato alcune criticità. Le camere non sono adeguatamente insonorizzate e si sente praticamente tutto ciò che accade nelle camere vicine, rendendo difficile riposare, soprattutto nelle ore serali e al mattino.

Inoltre, la lastra di vetro della doccia era sporca e presentava diversi insetti, cosa che certamente non ci si aspetta da una struttura a 4 stelle.

In sintesi, ci aspettavamo un servizio decisamente più curato, pulito e organizzato. La classificazione a 4 stelle crea aspettative che, durante il nostro soggiorno, purtroppo non sono state soddisfatte.
