Fomos muito bem recebidas e atendidas, o quarto tinha um tamanho excelente e quando precisamos de auxilio da recepção fomos atendidas prontamente.

Excelente escolha em Jardim!
Pros:

O hotel é muito confortável, quarto grande, roupa de cama limpíssima assim como tudo. Café da manhã excelente e funcionários super prestativos. Sempre que eu voltar a jardim vou ficar nele!

Cons:

Acho que pode melhorar nos seguintes quesitos: 1) a geladeira estava desligada para ligar tivemos que tirá-la do nicho pois a tomada ficava atrás e não tinha acesso pelo lado, não acho que devemos correr o risco de quebrar equipamentos. 2) A TV em cima do armário também achei um pouco inseguro, eu a colocaria na parede, inclusive quando colocava algo em cima do armário ela desligava acho que estava com mal contato na tomada. 3) Acho que o banheiro deveria ter box completo pois o chuveiro é deliciosamente forte mas a águas espirra toda para fora, a gente pisa e faz laminha que será limpa mas desnecessariamente.
Deixando claro que nada disso mudaria a minha opinião sobre o hotel ser excelente e eu escolhe-lo como minha hospedagem em jardim!

Ótima estadia
Pros:

Hotel novo, bem organizado, com estacionamento, area de lazer com piscina e sauna, quarto limpo e cama boa e confortável, tv com filmes e series disponíveis

Cons:

O ar condicionado é muito barulhento, mesmo sendo split o que me surpreendeu. Era algo que incomodava, pessoas que tem sono leve podem sentir esse problema
