Excellent stay due to the exceptional service especially from the housekeeping team!
Pros:

Especially impressed by the housekeeping team on duty on 13/10/26 (Tues) who were very attentive. While cleaning up the room, they noticed the shower head leaking water and changed it before we returned to the hotel. Our room was also very neatly tidied up and toiletries nicely placed. Would gladly give a 6 star if available. Thank you so much for making the stay at the hotel an excellent one!

Pros:

是本次德国瑞士之旅最满意的住宿之一，刚办理入住的时候就送了欢迎礼，给了两瓶玻璃瓶的矿泉水，并在前台旁边有水果，糖果，气泡水和矿泉水可以随意取用。餐厅楼下的西班牙菜非常正宗，入住时酒店还送了主菜8折券，性价比很高。早餐也是在这里用的，有现点的简单和培根等，非常丰富。

Great Front Desk Staff and Excellent Location
Pros:

Outstanding Front Desk staff and assistance during our stay. The list of staff who provided us Outstanding service is long: Fabiana, Corinne, Rea, Yara, Nina, Fatima in Housekeeping and Rodrigo at the Bolero Restaurant. The room was a good size, a very comfy bed, soft pillows and comforters. The bathroom was large and the walk-in shower easy to get in and out of. One nice touch – two taps near the elevator for refilling your water bottles with still or sparking water. We found a couple of very good café’s nearby, including the Two Hands Restaurant for breakfast – their 3-egg Omelet with mushrooms was excellent, we also had breakfast at the Bakery Bakery for coffee and croissants.

Boutique and personal hotel with all comforts
Pros:

The room was very functional and design of space is usable with lots of modern features including digital smart access to locking doors and getting up the lift. The bidet feature in the toilet is a nice comfort upgrade to the standard hotel toilet facilities. We get lots of freebies during the stay as well which were such warm gestures to make guests feel welcomed and looked after. We had free souvenir glass water bottles, free refills of beers & apple juice in our room fridge daily, free refills of still / frizzy water at the lobby, free apple to take away for the day and they even provided free drinks at Bolero restaurant for us if we choose to not have our rooms cleaned for the day to support their environmental goals. Staff was fantastic and helpful.

Cons:

The room size was a little tight but as I said, the functional design and modern features made up for that shortfall easily. It is a little on the further side of the Luzern HB but that could be a good thing based on guests plans. It is quieter but it means having to walk 10 mins further to everywhere. We didn’t mind it but thought others might need to consider the extra distance.

Three nights--totally enjoyed.
Pros:

Third stay at CASCADA but first time traveling by car. Receptionist went outside to direct son into hotel parking (which was quite convenient). Pleasant rooms with air cond, refrigerators, and comfortable beds. Very good breakfast.

Perfectly good hotel either AC and walking distance from train station
Pros:

Clean rooms walking distance from train station and good breakfast with air con! Switzerland is very expensive so relatively speaking it is a good value

Cons:

The “queen” bed is quite small make sure to check dimensions

Very nice hotel, wonderful staff and breakfast
Pros:

Very clean, the entire building appears very nice, well decorated. Breakfast excellent. Entire staff could not have been nicer. Every single person we encountered had a smile. Location to train station is good, little bit of a walk to major sites on other side of the river but definitely walkable.

Pros:

The proximity to the train station! We booked knowing that Lucerne was just a point to launch from everyday and visit the town in the evenings. Once we figured out that we should use the spiral walkway to/from the train station it cut our down our walking time. The breakfast buffet had a wide assortment of items to keep the whole family happy.
