The room is good. Very clean and tidy. Room service is also good!

The hotel restaurant, Bolero Spain restaurant is very high food quality and good price.

The breakfast is very rich!

Thanks to receptionist Miss Lou is very kind and friendly to recommend us to go to Stanserhorn and Rigi which were very good experience and included in my Swiss Travel Pass.

Another receptionist Elena is also very kind and friendly even lead me out of the hotel when I check out, Thanks!

The first day I came to the hotel, the receptionist lady even come out and went down the stairs to take up my heavy luggage. Thank you very much !

1- A great location. Just near the train station for perfect day trips from Luzern

3- Room was small but was very clean and this is completely OK with me as I was solo traveler

The only con was the noise from the outside as road construction was going on. This is not the fault of the hotel.

We stayed at Cascada Boutique, Lucerne for 2 nights during a several week European trip. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and appreciated by all that we met. The front desk was helpful with parking, explanation of hotel amenities, room introduction and restaurant reservations. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, altstadt area and lake ferries. We found our accommodations spacious, clean and inviting. We highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Lucerne.

I chose this facility primarily for its central location and ease of use.

The hotel is located a short walk from the Luzern train station which makes it very convenient for day trips by rail. Even though there is fairly heavy traffic nearby, the rooms are quiet and very little street noise is heard. The beds are comfortable and I slept very well (which does not often happen when I travel!). Rooms are compact but still comfortable enough to move around. I loved the above-and-beyond service with attention paid to small details: umbrellas available for guests to use, drinking water dispenser at the lobby with water bottles provided for guest use, and room slippers provided. The service at breakfast was also delightfully efficient and warm.

The buffet breakfast was delicious. The breakfast staff were friendly and very helpful.
The dining room was immaculate and the buffet excellent.

Great breakfast, very clean, complementary free public transport card very helpful staff. Close to the railway station.

Location is ok although only if u are not with huge heavy luggage, u can walk fr train station but unfortunately there is not elevators to help

Beautiful friendly hotel offering 5* service in ideal location.

Rea at the front desk in the afternoons was very helpful with extra tissues and suggestions on things to see. The property was clean and well maintained. We asked for two luggage racks as we couldn’t find any in our room and got them right away. We had a small balcony and ate dinner outside on it.

Amazing hospitality by Elena and Janine. My family and I really loved our time here, the room was spacious and clean. The hotel vibe was lively and the staff was pleasant. We stayed 2 nights. The staff left chocolates for us. The hotel is located near to the train station and major local landmarks as everything was under 10 mins of walk. High value for money.

Would definitely stay again on my next visit.
