Quarto pequeno (20m2), porém prático e bem equipado, além de ser um dos poucos com opções conjugadas e adequadas para família. Cama super confortável. Equipe prática e muito bem treinada. Café da manhã justo, mas se passar mais de três dias enjoa por serem sempre as mesmas opções. Check in/out online.

Cons:

Restaurante com poucas opções. Predio mais moderno e perto da estação de trem, mas se prefere ambiente mais clássico e o "clima" de centro histórico mais próximo dos pontos turísticos, lojas e restaurantes mais assediados, terá uma caminhada diária de no mínimo 1km.

Great hotel
Pros:

Great hotel in a great location. We truly enjoyed it. The breakfast service was great as was the dinner service and food at their restaurant Bolero.

Rea at the reception desk made our time there extra enjoyable.

Beautiful property with friendly staff in the heart of Lucerne!
Pros:

Location was excellent! Close to train station, food, shopping, water, etc. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved that the mini-bar was restocked daily and that i could buy tickets for Mt. Pilatus right there at the front desk!

Pleasant stay in a convenient location!
Pros:

Nice room in a convenient location, just a short walk from the train station. The hotel was clean and well presented, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The complementary water bottles and free mini bar was a nice touch!

Wonderful place for Lucerne
Pros:

This hotel is simply the best. First of all the rooms are very clean and nice to come back to after a day out around Lucerne. Then the restaurant Bolero is fantastic - get the Paella for sure. But the thing that really makes this place stand out is the helpful and kind staff. Alexandra at the front desk did an outstanding job of helping us navigate our daily excursions each day (beyond what we expected!) and Amelia greeted us each morning at breakfast with such a cheerful way to start each day. One more note to mention is that this location is very walkable to Old Town, the dock and the train station! Great all around!
