This was our third time staying at this hotel. The location is excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay like we did twice before
We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, very clean and has an absolutely perfect location with stunning views. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious options. What stood out most was the staff: everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

The room was amazing. The most comfortable bed
Some staff members were abrupt and seemed preoccupied and unwilling to help.
Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. Everything was perfect — the atmosphere was very pleasant and the service was excellent.
The food at the hotel restaurant was also absolutely delicious. We had dinner there and really enjoyed everything we tried.
A special thank you to Charlotte — she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. She made our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. the quality and services exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect. centrally locate, convenient for sight seeing, shopping and restaurants while still being peaceful and comfortable.
The reception area was a bit disappointing. it lacked seating area where guitars could relax. a more welcoming lobby with adequate seating would greatly enhanced the overall guest experience. Additionally, the fragrance in the lobby could be better as well.
L’hotel si trova in una posizione molto centrale vicina alla maggior parte delle attrazioni turistiche principali e i musei.
La camera che abbiamo prenotato “King con Vista” non è per niente una camera King per due persone, a malapena ci sta una persona, la camera è claustrofobica, in bagno non c’è spazio, per chiudere la porta bisogna finire sul gabinetto. Vergognoso che un albergo 5 stelle proponga una camera del genere a due persone e chieda tutti quei soldi!! Fortunatamente abbiamo dovuto fare solo una notte e poi si è liberata una stanza migliore con una piccola differenza di prezzo.
Durante il soggiorno ci sono stati diversi problemi di elettricità nel quartiere, l’albergo ha un generatore di sicurezza ma la climatizzazione viene in questo caso disattivata in diverse aree dell’albergo che diventano a Luglio invivibili come la sala Fitness, il bar e il ristorante. In camera fortunatamente era ok. Siamo però anche rimasti bloccati nel lift.. no comment.
Al nostro arrivo la carta visa è stata precaricata per ben due volte al posto di una sola della caparra e nonostante le nostre innumerevoli lamentele abbiamo dovuto attendere la fine del nostro soggiorno perchè la cosa venisse riconosciuta dallo staff e risolta, per tutto il soggiorno ci siamo ritrovati con 6000€ bloccati sulla nostra carta, assurdo! Abbiamo dovuto chiamare la banca e aumentare il limite della carta per non avere problemi di pagamenti in giro per la città! Veramente vergognoso l’importo che l’albergo chiede normalmente di bloccare e assurdo che se sbagliano addebitandolo doppio non viene fatto nulla per risolvere la cosa fino alla fine del soggiorno.
4 stelle sarebbero più indicate per questa struttura.
Great location. Very good breakfast. Nice bar. But beware of 5th floor ( (very hot) and the "city view room" with no view whatsoever
Concierge service was the best
This hotel is absolutely amazing. From the wonderful employees that great you as you arrive to the location, it simply can’t be beat. We had a perfect stay. Because we were traveling as a group of 4 we opted for a family room which consisted of connected rooms. We utilized room service a few times for ease and the food was very good and came promptly. I will miss waking up every morning and opening the windows to see and hear people enjoying their lives and going about their days.
Lovely hotel, great location across the street from The Louvre. Great breakfast buffet-get the French Toast 👌🏻. Very quiet at night. Great service from staff. Awesome AC during the heatwave.
Everything about this hotel from staff, services, attention to detail and restaurant were 5 star service. The location speak for itself but every time I walked into the hotel, I felt like a king entering my castle.
