Fantastic location, beautiful hotel - highly recommend. The onsite restaurant was excellent. The staff were attentive and courteous. Despite being at a busy intersection, the room noise was minimal.

Great historic hotel that lacks everything a 5 star hotel should have.
First, nothing really impresses on design inside. Bland overall and uninspiring.
Second, staff is careless and couldn't care less about the guest experience or anything else.
Third-no hotel parking, but that seems to be a theme in many 5 star hotels in Paris.
Breakfast is rather nice at the buffet and the items are well stocked and organized and there is some variety one can choose from.

The hotel du Louvre is located in the heart of Paris. It is newly renovated and it has beautiful views to the city. The hotel is spacious, clean and the rooms were spotless. The food and drinks were delicious and the staff were very professional, helpful and friendly

The location was absolutely fantastic. There were many major attractions within walking distance. The room was clean, and the breakfast was excellent.

During my stay, the celebrations following PSG’s championship victory made the area outside quite noisy late at night. I urgently asked the front desk if it would be possible to move to a quieter room, and they handled my request quickly and kindly. I was very grateful for their help.

Everything happened so suddenly that I didn’t get a chance to ask for her name, but she thoughtfully followed up later with a note to check on how I was doing. I believe her name was Lea.

My wife and I recently returned to the United States after spending five wonderful days in Paris, and while the city itself exceeded our expectations, our stay at Hotel du Louvre was a major highlight of the trip.

The exceptional experience began before we even arrived. The concierge team was incredibly responsive to my many questions and requests, helping secure multiple dinner reservations and even providing assistance related to French Open tickets, one of the primary reasons for our visit. One small but memorable example of their attention to detail: the day before our arrival, I emailed to ask whether the hotel had U.S. electrical adapters available so I would know whether to pack my own. The concierge team quickly replied that they would place two adapters in our room before arrival — and they were waiting for us exactly as promised.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Edouard Moschetto, the hotel's Guest Experience Manager. Edouard was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. As a Hyatt Lifetime Globalist, I was recognized immediately and upgraded to a beautiful suite featuring high ceilings, generous space, excellent amenities, and a charming walk-out balcony. What impressed me most was that Edouard continued to check in with us during our stay to ensure everything was perfect.

The hotel's location is outstanding — directly across from the Louvre and within walking distance of many of Paris's most iconic attractions. For destinations farther away, taxis and Ubers were quick and convenient.

Breakfast each morning was excellent, and the hotel's bar provided a beautiful setting to relax after a day of sightseeing. One evening, while enjoying drinks, a member of the staff graciously offered to take our photo and guided us to the perfect spot to capture the ambiance of the hotel — a thoughtful gesture that perfectly reflected the level of hospitality we experienced throughout our stay.
The bell staff was equally impressive, handling our luggage efficiently and professionally both upon arrival and departure.

What truly sets Hotel du Louvre apart is its people. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and committed to providing outstanding service. In an industry where genuine hospitality can make all the difference, this team excels.

Hotel du Louvre checked every box for us: exceptional service, beautiful accommodations, a prime location, and a staff that consistently went above and beyond. We look forward to returning, and there is no question where my wife and I will stay on our next visit to Paris.

I don't go to Paris unless this hotel is available :) You cannot beat the location! Great eats nearby. Metro stop right around the corner. Great view of the Louvre if you can book a room in that direction. 10 min quick walk to a laundromat if need. The room, the breakfast, the staff - all spectacular. Always plan to return!

Exceptional hotel in a perfect Parisian location next to the Metropolitan! We enjoyed everything from the hospitable check-in to the lounge and daily service. Staff were kind, accommodating, and fast! The rooms were incredibly clean (this comes from someone who is a little OCD). We had such a wonderful time that we extended a day and received an unexpected upgrade to the George Sand suite, which even came with a story! We could not have had a better experience, and it is well worth the price. I highly recommend this hotel!

Our stay at Hotel du Louvre was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The level of service was truly top notch. The front desk gentleman went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for from the moment we arrived. The concierge lady was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind, always making wonderful recommendations and helping with every detail of our stay. The doorman was equally fantastic — always warm, professional, and welcoming after long days exploring Paris.

The location simply could not be better. Being right next door to the Louvre was a dream, and we loved being within walking distance to the metro, amazing shopping, and incredible restaurants. Everything we wanted to experience in Paris was right at our fingertips.

Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well air conditioned, which was especially important during the extreme heat wave while we were there. Housekeeping did an outstanding job every single day, and we always returned to a perfectly refreshed room.

Most importantly, this hotel helped make my daughter’s birthday and graduation from graduate school incredibly special. The staff went out of their way to celebrate her with a beautiful birthday cake and champagne, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. We truly could not have asked for a better place to celebrate such an important milestone.

Hotel du Louvre exceeded every expectation, and we would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, outstanding service, and the perfect Paris location.

Such a great hotel and wonderful location. My second time visiting this hotel, and both times they went above and beyond expectations.
