The location is excellent for anyone who wants to stay close to lively areas, restaurants, and shopping spots.
However, the hotel itself is very old, the rooms are extremely small, and the bathrooms had an unpleasant smell and were not clean.
The most concerning issue was the lack of proper locks on the room doors. In addition, the housekeeping staff entered the room without permission despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being displayed, which made the stay feel uncomfortable and lacking in privacy.
Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing, and I would not stay here again.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. We arrived by taxi and had been overcharged by a corrupt driver- Mile, one of the bellman, had helped us to negotiate a lower fare which was very appreciated. The rooms were nice and bathroom appeared recently remodeled. We stayed in a twin deluxe which was spacious compared to other hotels we have stayed at. I do think the carpeting in the hotel hallways were in need of an update as they were a bit stained and dirty and the floors beneath were creaky. The location is convenient next to the train and metro. The other recommendation I have is related to improvements in security. Our room door only had a keycard reader. There was no additional deadbolt or top lock on the room entrance. The bathroom door did however have a deadbolt lock. Given that a keycard wasn’t needed to use the elevators and front door security was a bit lax I think this would be a beneficial addition to make guests feel more at ease. The breakfast was delicious. Overall we had a nice stay here.
We stayed for 3 nights in executive room 273. It was impossible to sleep due to significant vibrations and a constant noise caused by nearby public transportation. It’s extremely stressful to hear this noise and feel vibrations every 3 to 4 minutes from 5 a.m. until midnight. Executive rooms are supposed to be the best, so we didn’t take the risk of switching and instead left after 3 days for another hotel.

Super zentrale Lage. Super Verbindungen mit den Buslinien zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Die Bierpreise
A lovely hotel with a beautiful lobby bar, nice breakfast, comfy bed and friendly staff. It was also great that cars were readily available at the curb outside as my MIL has limited mobility. Restaurant nearby and central location made everything easy. Will definitely come back again.
