My room with Eiffel Tower view however I can see rubbish on the roof of hotel my room was 310 and they can check that

Location, close to RER, tram station, walking distance to the Arch and plenty of places to eat nearby. The gym was great as well.

The check in/ out system is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. For a hotel with almost 1000 rooms to have 2 people at reception at 3pm when the “official check in”‘starts is simply unacceptable. On top of that, staff shift change is at 3pm which adds even longer wait time. Staff continues to have to apologize for the delay as the waiting line snakes out. Simply put, very nice hotel facilities, bad management.
Staff was very welcoming and looked after us during our 2 night stay, hotel was in good location best of all got upgraded to higher floor very clean and modern
