Mir wurde ausdrücklich gesagt ich habe ein zimmer mit Blick auf den Eiffelturm. Und dann bei Ankunft war es ein anderes. Zudem hat das Hotel was riesig ist nicht mal Parkmöglichkeiten

Viking used a Terrible Hotel!
Pros:

Terrible Hotel! Booked through a Viking cruise. Arrived @9am. The Hotel made no attempt to try to get me a room early. Had to complain hourly. Finally started putting my feet on tables which got security involved .They called management. Finally after voicing my concerns was able to acquire a room @ 1:30 pm. Very small king room 10x12ft. NO storage. Had to use sofa & countertops to place luggage. Very hard to move around room. In the USA this would be considered a fire code violation. Closet 2ft wide. Only 3 small drawers 1ft wide. Very small bathroom 4x6ft. No counter space in bathroom. Offered breakfast buffet which was the worst. Watery scrambled eggs fat bacon greasy potatoes. Fruit was good. Traffic around this hotel awful. Took 15min to go 50ft Traffic lights were not synchronized around traffic circle. There are better hotels in better locations in Paris. You have been warned. Do not stay here!

Hyatt was great during the Heat Dome!

I Love Hyatt Etoile the location is great and we had excellent Air Conditioning during the recent Heat Dome. My room was very cool!

Definitely 5 stars hotel
Pros:

Very luxurious hotel with AC ( a must to have during Paris recent heat wave!). All staff (front desks, concierge, door men, club room staff) are all very courteous and helpful. A very pleasant stay for our family of 4 (family room).
