Goede locatie, prima bed. Windo bar met heel mooi uitzicht. Wel fors geprijst.

Cons:

Personeel bij ontbijtdesk en concierge. Zeer onvriendelijk, onpersoonlijk, slechte service.. Ontbijt moest 2x afgerekend vervolgens heel lastig om geld terug te krijgen. Wachtrij bij onbijt. Gevoel van congres centrum en te groot hotel. Zeer onpersoonlijk. Fouten bij onbijt en bagage door personeel gemaakt, toch gaven zij het gevoel alsof wij de fouten maakte. Niet 1x maar meerdere keren.

Excellent hotel.
Pros:

It was excellent, reception lady was great, room was clean and quiet, bed and pillows comfortable, shower wash smells nice, 2 water bottles every day + reception offered more water bottles. I
Didn't try breackfast.

Cons:

Location wasn't best for me, Although all transportation options available, restaurants and cafes around but i would like to stay close to Eiffel Tower.

The location is great! Very central and walking distance to major tourist attractions (Arc de Triomphe etc) in Paris. Also lots of convenience stores and restaurants around, so you can find all you need with ease. The property is also new, clean and modern.

Cons:

The rooms a bit small, but that’s about it.
