Cons:

Our room 115 was a bit outdated and our shower head broke but I’m sure this is something that will be fixed . All in all didn’t affect our stay or my rating to the hotel

アーリーチェックインを希望していて、努力します、と言いながら、連絡なし。フロントに確認したら用意はできていて、案内されたのは希望したジュニアスイートではなく、はるかに格下の部屋。
文句を言ったらジュニアスイートに代えてくれたものの、フロントマネージャーが前の部屋もジュニアスイートだった、と言い張り、謝りもしない。

部屋掃除等。
あまり掃除をきちんとしてない感じだし、2人で泊るのに、タオルが一組しかないなど、お粗末。

Great Stay in a good location with a wonderful service staff!
Pros:

The Paris Marriott Opera Ambassador Hotel was a wonderful hotel located in a great location in Paris. Plenty of shopping and restaurants are close by. The rooms are extremely comfortable, and the service/wait staff was incredible. I want to give a big thank you to the ladies that helped me when I checked in. I am embarrass to admit I don't remember their names, but a big shout out to them.

Cons:

Hotel is a little older......and a little long in the tooth, but that being said, the staff made up for any short comings.

Always Wonderful
Pros:

We are regular visitors of Paris and tried many hotels in many areas but the last few visits we keep staying here. The lication is superb, hotel staff is great and rooms are very good

Solid stay with great service
Pros:

Comfy rooms. Solid service especially at breakfast and at the bar in the evening.

Amisha and Alex at the bar are great. They make excellent drinks and are brilliant people. Would return just to drink at the bar if they are there.

During breakfast, Rahman & Tess always ensured everything was in order. Ravi’s omelettes are excellent.

For what it is, it’s a good hotel. There are more luxurious hotels with superior facilities in Paris, including a few in the Marriott portfolio but for location, cost and service that goes beyond expectations, it’s a solid choice.

Great Paris Hotel
Pros:

Another great stay at the Marriott Paris Opera Ambassador. The location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing especially with being so close to many metro lines. Very comfortable room. Outstanding service from all employees. Thank you to Kishor in the Executive Lounge for always providing excellent service.
